Foreign citizens migration in Prague in 2012-2015: trends and determinants

Residential mobility is a process that affects the lives of individuals, in which both the physical distance and the social distance often changes, i.e. it is associated with social mobility. At the same time, it is a process, which significantly contributes to the formation of the environment and the character of urban localities. The diploma thesis focuses on the residential mobility of foreigners in the years 2012-2015 within Prague, on its trends and conditions. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out how the foreigners housing change depends on their migration. It focuses on the question of which foreigners have a better chance of moving to worse and which, on the contrary, to better conditions. The introductory part of the diploma thesis is devoted to theoretical approaches to the studied problems. The empirical part is devoted to both the general characteristics of migrant foreigners and the general development of their residential mobility, as well as the identification of the factors of migration. Interviews with selected members of foreigners from Mediterranean countries try to validate the results of hard statistical data. Keywords: migration, residential mobility, foreigners, Prague

Cizinci v České republice v letech 2002 - 2017 (prostorová analýza)

This bachelor thesis deals with the territorial redistribution of foreigners in the Czech Republic in 2002 - 2017. The thesis presents basic terms and the theoretical background in the context of the spatial redistribution of foreigners in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, an analysis of the spatial redistribution of foreigners in the Czech Republic is elaborated. This analysis is based on the available data, which determine the shares of foreigners population in the Czech Republic at the level LAU 1, LAU 2 and in the city districts of Prague. The work involves the synthesis of quantitative data, which includes the specifics of the spatial redistribution of foreigners with the help of calculations of the index of growth and the coefficient of concentration of the number of foreigners in the chosen area at the level LAU 1 and in the city districts of Prague.

Návrh pěstebních opatření a management péče v modelovém objektu

This graduation thesis deals with floricultural measures and maintenance management for the model object. The area near city Stupava in ownership of the Botanical Garden of the Comenius University was chosen a model object. In this area, planting of a new botanical garden had begun in the past. But this intention had not been implemented. Today, the area is rented and a farm Príroda is being conducted here. In this work, the natural conditions, historical progress and current state of the object were assessed. The floricultural measures were drafted according to the tree inventory and the tree classification, which reflect the current state of the wood species in the area. The work includes description of operational and compositional relations, growing elements, constructional and technical elements. It describes current maintenance measures and deals with the proposal for maintenance management.
