Abstract: The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of reliability and diagnostics of the electric rotary machines originated in industrial energetic practice. There are diagnostic methods in the diploma thesis having been used in practice and analysis of measurement results of the functional measurement on the real electric machines.
Design of platform for handheld circular saw
Koutecký, Vojtěch ; Pavlík, Josef (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this work is an effort to create a mobile and space-saving workbench for clamping a hand-held circular saw with angle and height variation of the saw blade. As part of the technical report with the relevant calculations and drawings of the main parts of the worktable. Table will contain auxiliary cables (also dimensionally adjustable) for longitudinal cutting. This set will serve as the "saw" for the simple joinery operations or as a cheaper competitor aforementioned saws.
Safety of technological systems
Jiříček, Petr ; Pavlík, Josef (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
The work deals with the safety of technological systems and can be divided into two main thematic units. The attention in the first theoretic unit is paid to aspects that affect the safety of technological systems during their technical life. It describes, together with elementary norms and acts solving the products safety, the most important principles for creating and analysing the safety. It clarifies the origin of company’s risk management, part of its quality management, mentions the faults in which products can be found and also describes the failures which have the biggest effect on these faults and of course on the safety too. Attention is further paid to the reliability analysis, as the tool that helps to create the products safety in the pre-manufacturing phase and also to technical diagnostic, as the tool to keep the safety in after-manufacturing phase. The second practical unit arithmetically analyses the safety of two high-voltage transformers. For that it was used the database of real operation numerical values that were gained during diagnostic investigations on these transformers. In addition it describes mentioned diagnostics methods and gives the new procedure for analyse of transformers’ safety by criteria matrix and weighted sum approach. The main contribution of the work can be considered the checkout and the evaluation of this procedure for use in elaboration of high-voltage transformers diagnostic values for analyzing their safety.
Mechanical maintenance of rotating electrical machines
Smejkal, Pavel ; Synek, Miloš (referee) ; Pavlík, Josef (advisor)
This thesis deals with the mechanical maintenance of rotating electrical machines. It outlines the basic division of maintenance and its effects on the function and cost efficiency due to the type of maintenance. Main emphasis is placed on individual maintenance steps, which is done on the rotating electrical machines and then to determine their importance in relation to the causes of failures.
Design of small hobby CNC milling machine
Večeř, Petr ; Pavlík, Josef (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with the structural design of small model CNC milling machines. The work includes research modeller CNC milling machines available primarily on the Czech market, on whose basis are then selected the appropriate parameters for machine design. The thesis contains further structural calculations, selection of appropriate components, production drawings and 3D model that shows the final solution of constructed facility.
Selected Problems of Diagnosis of Insulation Systems for Rotating Electrical Machines
Pavlík, Josef ; Radek,, Szabó (referee) ; Singule, Vladislav (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This dissertation thesis deals with the measurement of insulation resistance for rotating electrical machines and polarization indices calculated from them. The first part contains a short theoretical introduction, methods of measurement and basic formulas for calculations. The second part discusses the results obtained in laboratory measurements in both the model and the real coil of high voltage machine. There are also elucidated some of the principles and causes of some phenomena with which the measurement of insulation resistance is encountered. The third part deals with the results of measurements on real machines. There are mainly discussed the dependences of insulation resistance and polarization index on the influences that occur in measurements such as temperature measured insulation, moisture in the insulation, but also the influence of measuring instruments on the measured values. It is also expressed how much these factors affect the measurement results. In addition, this part deals with some other influences that have a negative affect on the measurement of insulation resistance. There is processed a new methodology for measuring insulation resistence in the fourth part of this thesis. The need to develop a metodology of measuring is based on the needs of engineering practice, where is considerable inconsistency of measurement in the present time. Measurement, and often performed on the same machine, are not nowadays often comparable, because measurements are not met even the basic rules resulting from the findings of research and development, which were discovered in the last few decades. Measurement of insulation resistance in our nowdays methodology stagnated on the level of the seventies of 20th century. For this reason, we have developed a new methodology of measurement that takes into account all significant influences affecting the measurement. The purpose of the methodology is to ensure full repeatability and comparability of measurements not only on the same machine but on machines of the same type, in optimal cases, the machines of different types. There are the chapters "The objectives of the work" and "Conclusion" the part of the work. A very important chapter is "The contribution of thesis", which summarizes the original results of this work and results, the use of which is expected in engineering practice.
Design of grinding machines circular saw blades
Tatíček, Vojtěch ; Pavlík, Josef (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
This thesis is focused on design of a grinding machine of saw blades. At first there are deeply talked over a saw blades and applicable information given for this problematic. After that there a few solutions of the grinding machine is suggested and one of them was chosen and developed. After solving a few calculations, the main part of the scale were deeply analysed and discussed. At the end there is stated detailed operating advancement of using the machine included fixing of saw blade and setting up a right grinding conditions.
Safety of technological systems
Rotnágl, Pavel ; Pavlík, Josef (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
This thesis is focused on technical systems and evaluating their safety. It tries to make a complex view of links between safety, demands for quality and technical diagnostics. It tries to apply all the information about mentioned features to concrete branch of machines ¨C highŠ\voltage electrical rotary machines. Practical part of this thesis consists of statistical analysis of measured parameters by two hydroelectric generators. Main task of this thesis is to transpose theoretical knowledge of safety and technical systems to the branch of highŠ\voltage electrical rotary machines. This thesis also tries to find appropriate and more efficient evaluation method for analyzing the parameters of mentioned machines. Another benefit of this thesis should be bringing few new ideas about evaluating safety and technical status of highŠ\voltage electrical rotary machines. Keywords: technical system, safety, highŠ\voltage electrical machines, technical diagnostics
Influence of transformer lamination from amorphous steel on permeability disturbance by transformers
Konečný, Pavel ; Ertl, Jakub (referee) ; Pavlík, Josef (advisor)
Influence of transformer lamination from amorphous steel on permeability disturbance by transformer This diploma work is about difference between current materials and amorphous plates which are used as pivots of transformers. Samples are tested by frequence 50-2500 Hz. By using more suitable materials we avoid the unallowable electromagnetic interruption better and we get more positive continuance of the retroactivity on the net.
