Design of vibratory feeder
Bezdíček, Petr ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to design and structurally process a solution of a vibratory feeder which task is to transport and sort the components. The component is a plastic funnel. The principle of vibratory feeders and conveyors and their current status of knowledge is decribed at the beginning. In the next part, some possible solutions to the problem are proposed, from which one is selected that satisfies the criteria the most . The whole design is constructed as a 3D model. There is also an analysis of possible risks and pricing of the design. Finally, the functionality of the designed machine is checked in the Rocky DEM program.
Design of lathe for wood
Kuchař, Tomáš ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the construction of a wood lathe. In the thesis market research is carried out, on the basis of which the parameters of the lathe are proposed. Furthermore, it contains a theoretical description of wood machining, selection of the most suitable design for each structural node based on multi-criteria weighted selection, followed by the necessary calculations for the design of the wood lathe and at the end of the thesis the whole design is described in detail. Drawings of selected structural nodes are included in this work.
Methods of Bloodcells Counting
Pavlík, Jan ; Provazník, Ivo (referee) ; Hrubeš, Jan (advisor)
At present, the standardization of morphological examination of cytological preparations appears to be very difficult. Digitization and development of computer technology makes it possible to find a suitable solution for the effective processing of cytological samples. Company Cellavision, in collaboration with leading morphologist, developed a device Cellavision DM96, which uses image capture of blood cells for their morphological diagnosis and subsequent archiving. It is of great importance to focus on this system and examine its use in clinical practice. The results obtained by two different methods were statistically processed and evaluated.
Design of shelf magazine
Koutňák, Jan ; Marek, Tomáš (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to design of shelf magazine with robotic material deposition. The first part is focused on semi-finished product storage and robotic manipulation. The second part contains calculations and design of shelf magazine in CAD software. The pallet stacker assembly drawing is attached.
Analysis of cytology images
Pavlík, Jan ; Blaha, Milan (referee) ; Kolář, Radim (advisor)
This master’s thesis is focused on automating the process of differential leukocyte count in peripherial blood using image processing. It deals with the design of the processing of digital images - from scanning and image preprocessing, segmentation nucleus and cytoplasm, feature selection and classifier, including testing on a set of images that were scanned in the context of this work. This work introduces used segmentation methods and classification procedures which separate nucleus and the cytoplasm of leukocytes. A statistical analysis is performed on the basis of these structures. Following adequate statistical parameters, a set of features has been chosen. This data then go through a classification process realized by three artificial neural networks. Overall were classified 5 types of leukocytes: neutropfiles, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophiles and basophiles. The sensitivity and specificity of the classification made for 4 out of 5 leukocyte types (neutropfiles, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophiles) is higher than 90 %. Sensitivity of classiffication basophiles was evaluated at 75 % and specificity at 67 %. The total ability of classification has been tested on 111 leukocytes and was approximately 91% successful. All algorithms were created in the MATLAB program.
Design of feeder for orientation of parts
Balek, Jan ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is the design of feeder for orientation of parts. The first part of this thesis is focused on system recherche of the current state at this problematics. The next part is aimed to suggestion of possible solution of the assignment, followed by a selection of a particular solution and a design of the selected variant. The end of this thesis is devoted to the computational documentation and visualization of selected design solution.
The automatic tool change system
Petlach, Jan ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Blecha, Radim (advisor)
This bachelor thesis discusses tool holding systems used within CNC machines and analyzes individual parts, that form automatic tool change mechanisms, whilst paying extra attention to construction principles of automatic tool changer arms. Furthermore, it shows usage of these mechanisms on particular CNC machining centres
Design of test stand for servodrive loading
Gricman, Roman ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Huzlík, Rostislav (advisor)
This master’s thesis is focused on a design of test stand for servodrives loading. The theoretical part analyses state of art of load testing systems and describes main parts of workplaces. In the practical part is design of mechanical construction of workplace and electrical parts of machine. Master’s thesis also includes verification of properties of mechanical assembly and safety functionality verification.
Design of spindlespeeder
Závada, Otakar ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Tůma, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with conceptual design of high speed spindle based on cutting conditions. Research part of thesis describe each types of high speed spindle based of their drive. Next chapter are documented cutting conditions which are corresponded with experience. High speed spindle faced these act most of the time. Cutting conditions show output conditions of planetary gearbox which is described in next part of thesis. All the experience are used in conceptual design. The drawings contains of assambly drawing and drawing of selected components. The drawings are based on model made in 3D CAD system
The design of sand mixer with output range 3-5 TPH
Haluza, Lukáš ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Bradáč, František (advisor)
The subject of this diploma thesis is engineering design of the continuous mixer with output range 3-5 TPH. Mixer is instrumental to mixing sand mixture intended to non-permanent sand forms in foundry. Proposed construction has to fulfill the specified functional requirements and parameters. Parts of solution are also necessary analytical and FEA calculations.
