The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is a design of a hydraulically driven single-purpose manipulator for handling self-supporting form in the foundries. The first part of the thesis is research focused on the problematics, especially on the distribution of manipulators available on the market. The second part is devoted to the design of the design variants, the calculation of the main parts, the design of the hydraulic circuit and the description of the design the final variant. The work includes 3D model and drawing documentation of the final variant.

The task of this bachelor thesis is to explain the vision of the concept Industry 4.0 in the area of production machines. First part is dedicated to summarize national initiatives in the world which are reacting to the changing conditions of nowadays industry. In this part are also explained basic principles and technologies which allow to make the vision possible. The second part is dedicated to design a workcell with implemented solutions of the concept. This workcell includes CNC machine tools, industrial robots and the control station. There are also summarized benefits of implementing described technologies and obstacles which are standing in the way of achieving the goals of the vision.
Construction of hydraulic bending machine of steel sections

This master’s thesis deals with design of a hydraulics bending machine. Bending machine will be used primarily for bending reinforcement bars in the shape of stapes. It consists of bending, sliding and chute system, which are located in the machine frame. Drive of each system is provided by a rotary and two linear hydraulic motors. Then there is described a hydraulic system and selection of its most important parts. Work is supplemented by visual documentation in the form of images of individual systems were processed in a CAD system Inventor 2010
Design of grinder for sharpening of knives woodworking machinery

Design of dressing spindle

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a dressing spindle for a centerless grinding machine. It contains a brief description of dressing technology and also the specific requirements for grinding wheel dressing of centerless grinders. Three variants of the spindle are developed and the final variant is selected using a multi-criteria method, which is structurally processed including all necessary calculations. The work also includes a 3D model and drawing documentation.
