Title: Methodology training in sports matches in karate Objectives: The main aim of this work is to create a model of development of movement skills and special skills and knowledge of of tactics needed to manage difficult situations in sports match. Methods: In our thesiswe used a method of analysis and study of documents, historical method and the method of compilation and comparison. The method of analysis was applied in the analysis of various aspects of discipline kumite and method of compilation and comparison in the comparison of traditional and modern teaching methods. Method photographs and video footage was used for multimedia processing the issue with output in the form of a DVD. Results: The result of this study is a modern concept of teaching sport match which follows the changing trends in the development of karate raised working towards Olympic sport. Lower limb muscle activity during squat and judo technique seoi nage

Title: Lower limb muscle activity during squat and technique seoi nage in judo Objectives: Goals of my work is finding activity lower muscle limb using surface electromyography in shallow squat, deep squat and seoi nage technic in judo. From the obtained results will be compared muscle activity in relative to MVC and compared timing activity of measuring muscles between deep squat and technic seoi nage right. Methods: Research component consisted of 10 subjects, 5 of fitness and 5 are active judokas. With using surface electromyography and kinematic analysis we monitored activity of measured muscles in shallow and deep squat, and seoi nage technic. The size of muscle activity was assessed in relation to MVC. Results: Evaluation of the results showed a higher involvement by m. gluteus maximus in deep squat than shallow squat. Deep squat makes higher muscles activity. Performing of seoi nage technique resulted in higher values by m. quadriceps femoris. Sequence involvement of muscles during deep squat and seoi nage techniques in selected subjects showed we a strong similarity with various techniques. Analysis of sports form of elite judo athletes

Title: Analysis of sports form of elite judo athletes Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is testing purposely selected group of elite judo athletes using a battery of tests, which is intended for seinor men's category and find out whether the of performance tests on results of the world competitions. The next aim is describe a judo training of elite judo athletes. Methods: The thesis has an empirical and theoretical-character, which have been used in date collection methods, examining available information from judo training, analysis of professional literature in the field of general sports training and also the experience of many years of competitive practise of the author. The statistical evaluation was used T-test for paired values dependent selection and Spearmen correlation coefficient. Results: The results of this thesis point out that probands who show a high performance in testing are not more successful at world competitons than probands with lower performance in testing. High performance in testing has no effect on success in world competition. Resulting different values of most selected of probands with distinguished from each test in the range of 0.1 - 0.2 diameter marks. Keywords: judo, training, sports form, testing, judo athletes

Title: Dependence of somatotype and fitness condition in martial arts. Thesis aim: Main aim of this thesis is to find out mutual dependence among tracked variables - placed in ranking list and UNIFITTEST (6-60). Methods: For theoretical part of thesis the author used method of analysis and synthesis of specialized literary sources. In practical part the main method used was regression analysis. Method according to Heath-Carter was used to assessment somatotype. Towards evaluation of kinetic performance and efficiency was used UNIFITTEST (6-60). Results: Results from research show us that during the research of mutual dependencies it hasn't proved any link between tracked variables and place in ranking list UNIFITTEST (6-60). Considering measured values judo athletes are in category endomorphic mesomorphic and karate athletes are in category well-balanced mesomorphic.  Comparsion of the blood lactate level of an elite judokas during training and competition loads Objectives: The aim of this study was to compare the lactate level of an elite judokas during training and competition loads and to identify potential relationships with other entering variabilities. Methods: The chosen method was empirical, ie collecting data from its own research and statistical representation of the data and linked to the context with other studies. Results: It was found that lactate levels during competition load increases dramatically over training load and pulse rate has no statistical significance as an indicator of the accumulation of lactate. Title: Evaluation of a fire sportsmen's motor productivity Objectives: The aim of this work was to find out a motor performance of youngsters fire sportsmen who took a part in The Czech Republic championship of fire sport in 2015, and to verify whether the teams whose members have better general motor quality had also better special productivity and whether they take front place of the competition. Methods: In my diploma thesis I applied a monitoring and a testing method. Motor tests were applied on chosen teams from all over the Czech Republic that took a part in The Czech Republic championship. These were teams of youngsters of voluntary fire brigades from Kamenec u Poličky, Jablonec nad Jizerou, Bludov, Oznice, Michálkovice, Žebnice, Kostomlátky and Kvasiny. The testing involved female teams of youngsters from Kamenec u Poličky, Střezimíř, Horní Lánov, Těškovice, Jarcová and Bozkov. By means of motor tests the preconditions of chosen teams were detected. I chose four tests - a 50m running, a shuttle running 4x10m, a long jump from a spot and a stamina in a pull-up. Title: General and special physical training in judo. Goals: The primary aim oft his thesis is to build an optimal monthly midcycle of first preparatory period fitness training for judo section SKPŠ judo Prague. The secondary objektive is the description of scientific literature on the topic of development of general and special fitness training in judo, description, analysis and comparison of training plans - monthly midcycles of preparatory period club USK Prague and SKPŠ judo Prague. Methods: The work used the method of unstructured interview, analysis of available literature, comparison and analogy midcycles of the clubs, modeling optimal training plan for the club. Results: The results afer primarily to the insufficient number of training units SKPŠ judo club in Prague and the consequent under development general and special fitness training. Another fading is that the structure of the development of special physical training of both clubs is the same. Influence of physiological stress on the reaction time in self - defense movements/situations

Název práce: Vliv fyziologického stresu na rychlost reakce v sebeobranné situaci Cíl práce: Cílem práce je zjistit, jaký vliv bude mít fyziologický stres způsobený krátkodobým maximálním zatížením na rychlost jednoduché reakce na vizuální podnět a vysvětlit změny pro oblast sebeobrany a boje zblízka. Metody práce: Na skupině dobře trénovaných osob v oblasti sebeobrany, boje zblízka či bojových sportů (věk: r=29,0 6,6 let; pohlaví: m, n:10), byla aplikována dotazníková metoda pro zjištění základních údajů, charakteru aktivit, které provozují, zdravotního stavu a dalších faktorů ovlivňujících reaktometrii. Následně byli probandi podrobeni reaktometrii zařízením Vienna test system pro zjištění úrovně jednoduché reakce na vizuální podnět. Každý proband absolvoval maximální zatížení na bicyklovém ergometru, aby krátce po skončení zatěžování opakoval reakční test. Po ukončení testu byl probandům odebrán vzorek krve pro zjištění hladiny laktátu v krvi. Naměřené hodnoty reakčních časů byly porovnány pomocí párového t-testu, ostatní možné determinanty pomocí korelační analýzy. Výsledky práce: U sledovaného souboru došlo vlivem krátkodobé maximální zátěže ke statisticky významnému zlepšení jednoduché reakční rychlosti na vizuální podnět a pohotovostního rozměru této reakce, a to v rozmezí 7-10%.
