Water activities for seniors and their impact on health through using the intervention program.

Old age is a natural and irreversible process of human development, which is associated with significant physiological, psychological and social changes. Active life of seniors and implementation of adequate physical activity is the cornerstone for achieving high-quality, healthy and full of life. The aim of this study was to develop, validate and identify practical physical and mental changes related to the intervention program and processed at the same time integrating the program into daily life. In the theoretical section defines the basic aspects and problems related to aging, along with physiological and psychological changes associated with aging. The practical part investigates potential positive impact on health and presents variations of water resulting in physical activities prepared by the intervention program.
