Current possibilities of creating visual support for children with autism spectrum disorders in preschool age

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of autism spectrum disorders, or more precisely with. the topic of how special education teachers and teaching staff of ordinary kindergartens and schools or classes established according to article 9 paragraph 16, approach the creation of visual support for children with autism spectrum disorders in preschool age. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis, the individual chapters deal with the characteristics of autism spectrum disorders, the issie of communication skills in children with autism spectrum disorders and the use of alternative and augmentative forms of communication. The practical part is devoted to clarifying the approach of pedagogical staff of the issue of creating and using visual support for this target group. The research plan is determined by means of a questionnaire survey, which was attended by 100 teaching staff throughout the Czech Republic. The results show that the vast majority, i.e. 97 %, of respondents use visual support in their work. The questionnaire survey showed that the most used form of visual support are pictograms and the most common programs for creating visual support are MS Office programs. As the biggest principle in creating visual support, the respondents mentioned the need to proceed according to the individual needs of the child, while they use visual support mainly in the area of communication and daily routine.

Employee benefits in Attorneys at Law office

Employee benefits in the Czech Republic are a part of Human Resources Management developing dynamically. Companies begin to realize they should not treat their employees just as factors of production, but rather as partners they can cooperate with to achieve their goals. First part of this thesis deals with a theoretical analysis of employee benefits, describes the situation in the Czech Republic along with few examples of employee benefits packages offered by companies operating within the Czech Republic. It also focuses on Google - today's No. 1 company in employee benefits. Second part contains description of employee benefits in attorneys at law offices coupled with proposal of employee benefits package for a small attorneys at law office in Prague. It also contains some suggestions of actions to be made in order to remedy unsatisfactory situation in the company.

Podnikatelský záměr v oblasti služeb

Předmětem zaměření diplomové práce je podnikatelský plán s cílem poukázat na důležitost jeho písemné formy pro úspěch jakéhokoli podnikatelského záměru. V práci konkretizuji funkce podnikatelského plánu a jeho podrobnou strukturu za účelem kompletního rozboru nejdůležitějších složek pro všechny druhy nově vznikajících podniků. V práci dále uvádím důležité postřehy odborníků potřebné pro vytvoření kvalitního dokumentu a v neposlední řadě se věnuji i správné formě prezentace podnikatelského plánu, která s úspěchem projektu úzce souvisí. Součástí je také základní metodologie, jenž je v praktické části práce demonstrována na konkrétních příkladech.
