Study of DNA-doxorubicine interaction by electrochemical methods on nanostructured electrodes
Přibyl, Jakub ; Fohlerová, Zdenka (referee) ; Kynclová, Hana (advisor)
Cancer diseases are one of the leading causes of mortality worldwide, for this reason, great attention anticancer drugs. Doxorubicin falls into the category of the most widely used cancer drugs. The method of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were investigated properties of golds electrodes without deposit nanoparticles and electrodes with deposit gold nanoparticles. Using voltammetric measurements we detected doxorubicin and investigated the interaction of doxorubicin with oligonucleotides on gold electrodes without nanoparticles and electrodes modified with gold nanoparticles.
Online interest point detector
Přibyl, Jakub ; Rajnoha, Martin (referee) ; Mašek, Jan (advisor)
This thesis focuses on online learning detector for long-term tracking of object in video sequence. The object is defined by a bounding box. The text describes different parts of the detector: object tracking, object detection and online learning detector. The main contribution of this work is creating extension of the OpenTLD program for parallel detection and tracking of multiple objects. The parallelization is then compared on two practical examples and the processor's impact on detection is compared. The best results were achieved with parallelization, where all objects were detected. The most accurate detection was in the case of sufficiently learned objects with the smallest shape change.
Object tracking in video sequence using the integral histogram
Přibyl, Jakub ; Kříž, Petr (referee) ; Dorazil, Jan (advisor)
This thesis focuses on object tracking in real-time. Tracked object is defined by bounding rectangle. The thesis works on issue of image processing and using histogram for real-time object tracking. The main contribution of the work is the extension of the provided program to track object in real-time with changing bounding rectangle. Size of the rectangle is changing as the object moves closer of further from camera. Furthemore the detection behavior in different scenarios is analyzed. In addition, various weight calculations were tested. The program is written in C++ using OpenCV library.
Visualization and export outputs from functional magnetic resonance imaging
Přibyl, Jakub ; Gajdoš, Martin (referee) ; Slavíček, Tomáš (advisor)
Thesis discusses the principles and methodology for measuring functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), basically the origin and use of BOLD signal types used experiments. Further attention is paid fMRI data processing and statistical analysis. Subsequent chapters are devoted to a brief description of the most common software tools used to analyze data from fMRI. The main section was to create a program in MATLAB with a detailed graphic user interface for easy visualization and export output from analyzes of fMRI data. The second half is devoted to describing the program developer and graphic user interface, including key functionality. The final section describes the application program with real data from clinical studies of dynamic connectivity and use in an international project APGem.
Software Defined Radio For Sigfox Technology
Přibyl, Jakub
This article deals with LPWAN technology Sigfox and its radio communication between end device and base station. The goal is to use SDR device to capture uplink frame sent by end device, demodulate and decode this frame. This is done with use of DVB-T tuner NooElec NESDR Mini 2 and CubicSDR and renard-phy software.
