QT interval measurement in electrograms

This diploma thesis focuses on determination of the QT interval in ECG. The thoretical part desribes physiology of the heart, electronic activity of the heart and possible methods of ECG measurement. The theoretical part also describes methods of signal processing, the processed signal is then used for determination of the QT interval. The practical part focuses on two chosen methods of QT interval determination and on implementation of the methods in a computer program. The results part is evaluation of measured QT intervals and a comparision of the results with reference values.
Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals for its Improvement

Bachelor thesis focuses on assesment of the company´s financial situation for the period 2014 – 2018. Results were obtained through the financial indicators, on their basis were proposed measures, which will lead to improve financial situation of the company. Bachelor thesis includes two parts. The first part contains theoretical solutions, objectives and methodology. The second part contains the calculations of the individual financial indicators and their interpretation. In conclusion of the thesis are custom solution designs.
Electric generator cooling

This work is focused on proposal and optimalized of high speed electric generator. This electric generator is developing for turboproppeler engine TP 100. Bachelor work discuss about electric generator different variants in dependence on request parameters as are minimum weight, housing dimensions, complexity, production difficulties, large temperature working range and environmental condition (humidity, dust, etc.). Cooling body is designed in Pro /Engineer CAD System and than optimalised in Pro /Engineers module Mechanica lite.

Fuel Supply Regulation of Turboshaft Engine

Elaborated project gives a complex design of backup hydro-mechanical unit for fuel supply of turboshaft engine TS 100. Required function of backup unit is to secure basic function of engine TS 100 over failure of primary electro-mechanical fuel system. Backup hydro-mechanical unit consists of hydrostatic fuel pump, centrifugal regulator, valve of maximum and minimum pressure, switch valve and signalization of activation hydro-mechanical unit. Parameters of hydro-mechanical unit are designed considering requested rotations speed of output shaft of engine and its allowed fluctuation. Calculation of basic parameters and dynamical calculation of behavior of the system regulator with engine is made in program DYNAST Shell. Additional calculations were made in program Microsoft Excel. Own design of hydro-mechanical unit is made in 3D design software Pro/Engineer.
