The theme of bachelor´s work is a family house for a family of four in Luka nad Jihlavou. The building is designed as a two-floor, rectangular, with a partial basement, adjacent to the garage for two cars. There is a saddle roof on the house.

Revitalization Program of Floral Garden in Kromeriz

As an inspiration I choose a piece of the czech author Johann Amos Comenius – The Labyrinth of the world and the Eden of the heart.The Labyrinth of the world stands for the foreland, which a projected in my work and the Eden of the heart symbolise the rest of the floral garden (Květnice a Štěpnice). A main idea by my project was the deviding into several worlds. I choose five and I transfer them into this area. There are: World of Knowledge, World of Illision, World of Future with a topic of global warming, World of Gardening and World of new Birth. Each world and his equipment correspondents with the main idea of explizit world. In foreland in entrance area I rebild a two.storeyed Education center with requiered rooms such as exhibition room, aula, library and toilets. Then I project another buildings: store, two Greenhouses and Gardening House. It has one flour and includes store gor garders, exhibitoinworkshop and a shop.

WHAT TO DO? Conversion of industrial premises, Brno - Obřany

The proposal is based on respect for the original industrial buildings of the former textile plant in close contact with village character of the surrounding buildings. Self solution is to demolish some buildings (did not comply with building or town planning) and building new. The proposal is to create a few concourses (embankment, square, park), which serve for the students and for the residents Obřan. Disclosure of the island is allowed through the southern waterfront of the mill race. It is defined by a new building, which is partly built on the ground plan of the former weaving mill. The waterfront of the mill race stretches, across passage of the former mill and connects to the local bike path. With the embankment communicate two squares. They were created by the elimination some buildings. In the eastern part of the island is a park designed for rest and relaxation. It is oriented to the weir. All traffic and operation of the buildings in areal is controlled from the exist Mlýnské nábřeží street. On the island is limited entry due to supply. The solution also includes underground parking.

Analysis of controlling model of CD Cargo, Inc.

The aim of my work is to evaluate the operation of the controlling model, the company created for the purpose of allocation of costs to revenues, respectively sales contracts, and to find possibilities for improvement. The reason is to evaluate these contracts from various aspects, namely profitability, cost intensive, contribution to overall profit, etc. A key element of the model are the rates determined by using calculations based on the individual activities. Therefore, work is currently focused on refining and possible reducing of calculated rates and also quantifying these changes through analysis. The aim is also to find more appropriate tools that would complete the existing calculation, and that management could use while managing the company. To ensure the effect on rates it has been especially suggested to change an approach to depreciation and labor costs. As the complement of the existing calculation was recommended using the variable costing and the target costing.
