The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of a search study of the intersection of roads I / 49 and I / 69 on Palackého náměstí in Vizovice. The reason for the elaboration of the study is the unsatisfactory current state of the junction from the engineering - technical point of view and also the unsatisfactory capacity of the junction. Of the three processed variants, the one that best meets the requirements was selected and was further processed in more detail.

Crossroad I/53 a II/414 - Lechovice

The subject of the masters thesis is the elaboration of a search study of the modification of the existing intersection of roads I/53 and II/414 in the area of the adjacent municipality Lechovice. In its current state, the intersection is designed as a through intersection and currently the condition of the intersection is unsatisfactory from a traffic engineering point of view, in terms of the movement of motor traffic due to the inappropriate angle of the road connection and the resulting reduced safety. Within the framework of the thesis, a total of three alternatives were developed, from which one was subsequently selected that would best meet all the requirements and the related annexes will be subsequently developed.

The aim of this thesis is to create a portfolio of paper products with respect to established ethical principles. The resulting products must have a suitable design optimized for the manufacturing process. Based on the changes in sales over the past two decades, this work revises the current market position of paper. In addition, it generally examines the unethical communication of paper entities towards the end user. The result of this thesis is a range of products of two selected basic types - notebook and photo album. The overall results of my efforts, including this work, are likely to result in the creation of a new, own brand.

Assessment of Selected Indicators of a Company Using Statistical Methods

The bachelor thesis is focused on the assessment of the financial development of the company using time series and evaluation of financial indicators for the period 2012 to 2018. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which describes the financial analysis; regression analysis and time series from a theoretical point of view, a practical part that presents the company and analyzes individual financial indicators based on accounting terms. With the help of statistical indicators, further possible development of the analyzed indicators is determined, as well as proposals for improving the financial situation of the company, which is described in the last part of the bachelor's thesis.

Issue of the Remuneration System in the Company ČAD Blansko Inc.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the remuneration system employee in a particular firm. The subject of thesis is an analysis a present remuneration system and a work motivation for employees in the company of ČAD Blansko Inc. The first part of this thesis focuses on theoretical explication of the terms such as human resources management, remuneration, wage and employee motivation from which I will proceed in other parts. The second part describes the remuneration system and employee motivation in the company of ČAD Blansko Inc. The conclusion offers a suggestion of a possible improvement of the present remuneration system and work motivation.

Blockchain and copyright

1 Blockchain and copyright Abstract The purpose of this Thesis is to familiarize the reader with the phenomenon of blockchain, both technically and legally, and then to describe the points of intersection of the sets of this phenomenon with copyright law, especially the copyright law of the Czech Republic. The first and second chapters of the Thesis focus on introducing the reader to the blockchain (especially in its technical aspect) and on defining important institutes of copyright law, both in general and regarding the Czech legislation. In the third chapter, the thesis focuses on the assessment of the applicability of certain copyright institutes to the blockchain, particularly its possible regulation as a quasi-work under Section 2(2) of the Copyright Act. The following chapter follows this intersection of blockchain and copyright law with a deeper analysis of NFTs, as this is the area of blockchain most often in contact with copyright law. Considerable attention is paid to assessing whether NFTs can be considered a copyright work. The fifth chapter of the Thesis is devoted to the emerging phenomenon of the metaverse, in particular the definition of its typology. Southeastern moravian village museum. Past, present, future

The paper describes the more than forty-year history of the Museum of the Village of Southeast Moravia in Strážnice (eastern part of the Czech Republic), which was opened to the public in 1981. It is a modern museum institution that was conceived on the basis of a trend promoted in our country since the 1960s. The exposition was based on an elaborate architectural and urban plan. The successful implementation of this exceptional memory institution was based on a deep knowledge of contemporary realities, timing and a complex institutional and professional background in the then Institute of Folk Art (now the National Institute of Folk Culture). The result was a wellthought- out project based on interdisciplinary cooperation between ethnologists, architects, conservation workers and academic workplaces. All significant ethnographic regions and subregions of SE Moravia (ethnographic region of Slovácko) were included in the prepared concept. The aim was to present an urban complex where buildings, secondary modeled natural environment, exhibition equipment and surrounding greenery are in mutual balance. The Experimental Center of Clay Buildings is also a part of the Southeastern Moravian Village Museum. It is a specialist workplace of the National Institute of Folk Culture focused on applied research of extinct construction technologies that existed in the observed region. The main goal is their practical grasp and re-introduction into professional practice as part of the further activities of outdoor museums.

Economic and social limits of the use of earth in architecture. Role of education.

Earth as a building material was known for centuries and widely used in traditional construction. But during the social and economic development, it was gradually replaced by industrially produced materials with more stable mechanical properties. In many countries, the tradition of using earth in buildings had practically disappeared for a long time. In recent decades, the awareness of earth as a building material has increased, especially due to the growing interest of society in healthy living and the quality of the living environment. Despite its many advantages, earth is still not a commonly used building material. What is the position of earth in current construction and does earth have the potential for the future to be more than an alternative and experimental material? What is limiting the development of the use of earth in constructions? This work examines the limits of the use of earth in architecture in the social, economic and cultural context. It analyzes various approaches and ways of using earth in architecture, determines the level of public awareness and the availability of vocational education and examines the situation of the construction market and legislative restrictions in the implementation process. Based on the findings of the survey, this work defines important conditions and possible ways of further development of the use of earth in construction. The content of this thesis is to contribute to the current topic of the development of architecture using traditional materials and materials from renewable resources.
