The thesis consists of the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part presents the problems of pupils with specific learning disability, how the disability develops, what the learning disabilities are, it also describes the child's family, leisure. The practical part analyse the experience of children with specific learning disability based on the interview with the parents, their most common problems. It deals with the participation of the Czech Police to implement preventive programs at schools. Empirical probe deals with the implementation of the program for the case of two classes and effectiveness of the program. It also deals with the learning outcomes for the immediate termination of the program through didactic test. Název: Pedagogické ovlivňování rozvoje dítěte v DD Autor: Tomáš VLADYKA Katedra: Ústav profesního rozvoje pracovníků ve školství Vedoucí práce PhDr. Jiřina NOVOTNÁ ANOTACE Tématem bakalářské práce je "Pedagogické ovlivňování rozvoje dítěte v DD". Práce je rozčleněna na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. Teoretická část se v jednotlivých kapitolách zaměřuje na historii dětských domovů, na platnou legislativu týkající se oblasti ústavní výchovy (například zákon o sociálně právní ochraně dětí, zákon o rodině apod.). V dalších kapitolách je pozornost věnována především charakteru a způsobu realizování ústavní výchovy, typům zařízení pro výkon ústavní výchovy (dětské domovy, dětské domovy se školou, diagnostické ústavy, výchovné ústavy apod.). Důležitou součást práce tvoří kapitoly týkající se způsobu trávení volného času dětí, výchovy dětí a výchovně vzdělávací práce v dětském domově. Dále osobnosti vychovatele, jeho kompetencím a způsobu realizování výchovné a vzdělávací činnosti. V empirické části se předkládaná práce zabývá popisem a zpracováním výzkumného šetření. Teacher's Competence and its Role in the Process of Personality Socialization

The bachelor thesis deals with the key pedagogical competencies in connection with the process of socialization. The thesis explores conditions and developments of education system related to particular phases of personality development. The theoretical part of thesis explores the process of personality socialization in the education process. The practical part provides an analysis of some pedagogical documents (legislative documents, Bílá kniha, RVP, standards ISSA and RWCT) and explores the suggested definitions of pedagogical competencies. The thesis criticizes the vagueness and indefiniteness of competencies in the academic discussion of competencies, the solution of this problem may consist in standards like ISSA.

The bachelor thesis on the topic of "Substitute Family Education" deals with the issue of foster care in the Czech Republic. This thesis investigates the family, its irreplaceable role in educating individuals, the history of foster care, the foster care system in the Czech Republic, legislation, the definition of various forms of foster care, foster parents, adoptive parents and non-profit organizations providing foster care - SOS Villages. The aim of the thesis is to become familiar with the issue of foster care in the Czech Republic, to clarify the rules for placing children in foster families, to point out some problems of children that come with foster care using the case of three foster families, and assess its importance and necessity for children and society.
Proposed model of transformed care for vulnerable children

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the concept of the new model of transformed care of the vulnerable children. Its aim is the description and introduction to concept of the new model of transformed care of the vulnerable children on the example of one institute, and the evaluation of its possible impact. The thesis is conceptualized descriptively, it is the conceptional experiment. This work is compiled like a monographic study. Data was obtained by collecting and analysing the documents about the present state of care of the vulnerable children. The text of work is divided into two parts - the theory and the practice. The theoretical part is based on psychology, sociology and pedagogy. The practical part presents a new model of transformed care on the example of one institute and analyses its expected benefits. It also describes the possible difficulties and problems during implementation of the model into practice.
