Prevention of risk behaviour at secondary schools

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of prevention of risky behaviour in secondary schools. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practícal. The theoretical part focuses on basic concepts of risky behaviour and prevention. It deals with the advisory systém in education and legislation and documents related to preventiv in secondary schools. In the practical part, the aim was to map the view of secondary school students on school prevention, which they experienced during their schooling, identify weak and strong places, and how prevention of risky behaviour among high school students is implemented. For my research, I chose quantitative research methods in the form of an anonymous questionnaire.
Personal Assistance in the Life of a Person with a Mental Disability

The aim of this work is to present personal assistance as an alternative which should be included in the care of individuals with mental disabilities. This service becomes a bridge which gives a person who is mentally disabled the ability to codetermine according to their individual capacity and actively fulfill their life in a natural setting. A portion of the text deals with the evaluation of a questionnaire survey created for personal assistants who assist people with mental disabilities who are aged 16 and older. The aim of the survey was to analyze basic information about the profile of a personal assistant including their education, motivation as well as their perception of the role of a personal assistant.
The use of gymnastic ball in combat sport.

Title: The use of gymnastic ball in combat sport. Objective: The aim of this work is to create a stack of exercises for martial arts wrestlers usable for training and improvement of movement on the ground. The exercises used use a gymnastic ball, which replaces the absence of a sparring partner. The partial aim of the thesis is to find out the difficulty of the proposed exercises based on the respondents' subjective perception. Methods: Based on a long-term observation of martial arts training in conjunction with professional resources dealing with the issue, gymnastic ball exercises were profiled. There were 18 respondents who distinguished the difficulty of the 8 selected exercises. A 10-point Borg Scale was used to evaluate the difficulty, which records the individual perception of the effort required to perform the exercise. Results: The result of the work is a set of exercises on the gymnastic ball suitable for training fight positions and situations for combat on the ground. Furthermore, individual evaluation of the difficulty of selected exercises wrestlers combat sports. The exercises were evaluated by the respondents from simple ones, such as the "Shifting feet while lying on belly" exercise to very demanding "Kneeling on one leg" exercises. Set of exercises for the development of balance abilities of younger school age girls in gymnastics

Name: Set of exercises for the development of balance abilities of younger school age girls in gymnastics. Characteristics: The theoretical part deals with important concepts related to gymnastics, especially the women's artistic gymnastics and balance beam as a pivotal tool for this work. Motor skills, coordination skills and balance abilities are also defined there. The end of the theoretical part deals with characteristics of a younger school age and the sensitive period. The main goal of the practical part is to design and formulate set of exercises. They have a goal to stimulate the level of balance abilities. Presented exercises are primarily proposed in gymnastics for girls of younger school age. The set of exercises has been profiled from a long-term analysis of gymnastics trainings. The observation method has been used in conjunction with the exercises described in the literature dealing with the same topic. The work is not a primary research and it also does not have an experimental character. The structure is not associated with any hypotheses nor is asking scientific questions. The conclusion of the bachelor work contains a summary of the whole issue and evaluates possibilities of using this work in a coaching practice. Possible future research directions are also indicated there....
