Legal modification of selected consumer contracts

Development of consumers' protection issue dates back to 1970s but real beginning of the issue is considered to be at the turn of 1980s and 1990s. Ever since then has this area gone through dynamic development. The main reason behind that is fact that consumer contracts became everyday reality of our life (when buying goods, using public transportation or eating in restaurants). Another reason is unfair or even abusing behavior of businessman towards consumers. Thus main purpose of consumer's law is setting up of balance that is disrupted by economic strength and supremacy of businessman over consumer. That is achieved primarily by binding legal enactment. Securing protection of consumers from point of view both private law and public law including definitions of consumer, businessman and consumer contract is described in chapter number four and six. Consumer law isn't privilege of civil law only. Whole sphere of consumer law overlaps into commercial law, administrative, criminal and European law as well. Numerous legal acts, public notices, regulations and orders that more or less regulate consumer law are the evidence. Research on the perception of Skechers brand product design viewed by generation Y

Title: Research on the perception of Skechers brand product design viewed by generation Y Goals: The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to find how generation Y perceives the sports shoes design of Skechers brand. To determine, which design factors are the most important during the selection of a sports shoes. An integral part of the thesis is to choose the most popular types of sports shoes, in the eyes of generation Y and also to find out how they perceive stoles of those shoes and their thallus. Methods: The practical part of this thesis, the marketing research, was conducted via electronic questionnaire, which was distributed using social networks and email. The main part of the questionnaire consists of pictures of Skechers shoes, and also of general questions asking respondents about their perception of sports shoes design. Results: Results of the research will be used not only to evaluate how sports shoes design of the Skechers brand is perceived by generation Y but also ease the choice for specific Czech shoe selling companies when selecting from a new collection of products. Journalism Karel Capek and his "quiet voice" at the time of threats to democracy (1935-1938)

In my bachelor thesis on "Karel Čapek and his ‚quiet voice' at the time of danger for democracy" I will analyze his journalistic texts published between 1935-1938 in the journal Lidové Noviny, České slovo and the magazine Přítomnost. I'll be watching Čapek's development in specific years while noticing how his journalistic work was transforming with the approaching year 1938. Particularly, I will watch Čapek's activities related to the fight to save democracy in Czechoslovakia during the gradual expansionof fascism. To better understand the significance of the texts I give the socio-historical background as well. The aim of the work is mainly to find out how the Čapek's literary works reflected the historical events of that time and if Čapek's "silentvoice" was sufficient warning, concise and striking. This work does not deal comprehensively Čapek'swork, it only selects the most significant texts of a certain period.

The bachelor work is devoted to non-profit organization. The purpose of this work is to depict accounting non-profit organization and use in improvement management selected organization. Non-profit organization is not established to make profits. Accounting in non-profit organization is different to other corporations. Non-profit organizations are organizations, which are established in government sector or local self-governing authorities. These organization are frequently established in education, health, social and leisure activities spheres. The first part is devoted to the theory of non-profit organizations and public sector. Primarily their economy and financing. There are costs, yields and profits, long-term and short-term assets, accounting statements, monetary funds, property and grants, too. The practical part is donated to evaluation of economy in specific organization of and the evaluation of the utility accounting for short-term and medium-term decision making of management non-profit organization.
THE INTRODUCTION TO THE HISTORY, THEORY AND ISSUES OF BASSOON PERFORMANCE

The aim of this work is to provide a satisfactory additional material for advanced bassoon students. There is not enough time left during the practical lessons to tell interesting information that might be even helpful for the student. The name of the theses is The Introduction to the History, Theory and Issues of Bassoon Performance. The subject matter of this paper focuses on the theoretical findings; it also covers information beneficial for the practice. First of all, the basic facts about the bassoon and related instruments are mentioned. The other chapters deal with the historical development of double reed woodwind instruments, the manufacturing process of a bassoon and contrabassoon, and there is a summary of important terms. Furthermore, information about proper breathing and more practical advice and tips are included. A part of this paper is also dedicated to remarkable authors and interpreters of bassoon music.
Josef Jireček and his Model of Czech Literary History

This work has to present the personality and the work of Josef Jirecek (1825-1888), a prominent literary historian and publisher of old Czech literature. From an extensive Jirecek's literary output, our attention will focus on Jirecek's work Anthology of the Czech Literature (three volumes, 1858-1861), serving as a grammar school reading-book, which will be judged from the point of view of conceptualization of the history and formation of the principles of Czech literature. Detailed analysis of mechanisms appointing principles (i.e. the position of authors and works, strategy and selection criteria etc.) will be carried out mainly during the final volume anthology concerning revivalist literature.

My concept is based on making connection between ditection frm třída Kapitána Jaroše and Koliště park. That lead to the degin with of a building with a passage and platfoe.
