The Czechoslovakia-Iranian relationships. Political and cultural relationships between 1953 and 1979.

The thesis discusses Czechoslovak-Iranian relationships during 1953-1979. Several thematically organized chapters deal with policy and diplomatic relations after the fall of Mosaddeq in 1953, the support of Tudeh party, cultural relations and intelligence activities of above mentioned countries. Relationships between them had been cooled after the beginning of the communist era in Czechoslovakia and it got worse after the Mosaddeq overthrow - mostly due to Czechoslovakian support of persecuted Iranian Tudeh party. However, due to Czechoslovakian business opportunities in Iran, the relations from the 1960 improved and led to the state visits in the 1970. Nevertheless, as well as with other countries, nearly all dealings were interrupted after the Islamic revolution in 1979. The thesis is primarily based on archive sources from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, The National Archive, and The Security Forces Archive as well as on a professional literature. This diploma thesis brings new historical evidence in the area of Czechoslovak-Iranian relationships through processing, for the time being, almost unexplored topic of Czechoslovakian diplomacy and relations with Iran.

The land easements- comparaison between Czech and French legal regulation

The present diploma thesis studies the topic of landed servitude, which represents one of the forms of restriction of real estate ownership rights. Landed servitudes form part of the real property rights, in particular of the rights in rem to another person's property. This legal institute dates back to Roman law when, like today, it represented a restriction of real estate ownership rights of one property in benefit of a better use of another property. The base of the landed servitudes is twofold: first, there is real estate for whose benefit the servitude is established (the dominant land) and a real estate burdened by an easment for another property (the servient land). Second, the servitudes limit the property rights of one real estate (the servient land) for the benefit of the owner of the other property (of the dominant land). The institute of servitude is compared between two legislations: Czech, covered by law nž 89/2012, and French, contained in the Frech civil code, Code civil. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Existing humanitarian crises in Sudanese Darfour and the ways of solution

The Current Humanitarian Crisis in Darfur, Sudan, and its Resolutions For more than ten years, Darfur, located in the Western part of the Sudan, has been a synonym for one of the biggest humanitarian catastrophes of our time. The objective of my dissertation is to search for answers to the following questions: What are the proposed actions for solving the Darfur crisis? What has been the approach of international players to solving the Darfur crisis? Are the proposed solutions effective and mutually compatible? The key issue for me is to analyze the proposed solutions to the Darfur crisis and the actions and positions of multi-national (United Nations, European Union, African Union, NATO, League of Arab States) and national actors (US, China, France, etc.). I am interested in how they have approached the crisis, and which actions they have supported and why. In addition, I will seek to find out why they have changed their positions or strategies during the evolution of the crisis. I will focus mainly on the issue of peace enforcement within the context of pronouncing the conflict as genocide, the Darfur peace process, peacekeeping missions and the question of promoting justice by the International Criminal Court. Military Area Ralsko in 1950-1968

The thesis treats the history of the former military area of Ralsko between the years 1950-1968. It contains several chapters arranged according to their theme. They deal mainly with the resettlement of the civilians preceding the establishment of the military area, military training and encampments, organization system, life in the area etc. The thesis is based primarily on the archives of the Central Military Archive (mostly the resources provided by the Ministry of Defence) and also on other available writings. Besides, it works with oral history. The BA thesis reveals new pieces of knowledge connected with the Czecoslovak military history as it focuses on a part of the Czech post-war history, which has so far remained unexplored.

Comparision of Czech Macroeconomic Performance with Selected Countries

The bachelor‘s thesis is focused on the analysis of the Czech Republic economic efficiency in comparison with selected countries. The goal of the thesis is the economic efficiency evaluation of the CR with help of its confrontation with Slovakia, Poland and Hungary. In order to make it, there are described basic macroeconomic indicators at first and then there is also made an analysis of the economic efficiency of all countries of the Visegrad Four since 1989. Then a general evaluation is made with formulation of recommendations for improvement.

The Issue of the Indirect Costs in a Calculation

This work deals with the allocation of indirect costs in the calculation. The theoretical part deals with the term of costs, its definition and costs classification. Then, terms such as a calculation, different calculation methods and calculation formula are explained. The second part is practical with information obtained directly from praxis. On the example of Czech manufacturing company BATEPO, it is observed how these problems are solved, which method use the company to calculate indirect costs. As the last, own suggestion is integrated into the work. In this section different calculation methods are suggested and calculated, at the end the most suitable method is chosen. The most suitable method of calculation for the entire company is determined calculations simple division, the indirect costs are divided into the costs of manufacturing and administrative overhead. Thanks to this method, indirect costs are accurately allocated to the calculation unit.

Prevention of burnout at the teachers of economic subjects

The object of bachelor's thesis is handle the issue of burnout of teachers, whose would be able to recognition this negative phenomenon, able to identify the causes and able to defend themselves against this phenomenon. In this thesis I would like to underline that teaching profession is very burdensome and that teacher have to deal with demands from students, parents, management of school, colleagues and general public every day. There was identified the susceptibility to stress surveyed teachers and also their current measure of burnout based on findings about this phenomenon. There were also identified some situations that teachers perceive as the most stressful and options that teachers currently use.

Diploma thesis deals with determining objectified valuation of the company ČSAD Hodonín a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts. First part of thesis discuses theoretical literature on valuation methods which are then applied in the second part of thesis. Second part of thesis -- own part includes the charakteristics of the valued company, the company is analysed of strategic and financial analysis and the analysis and prognosis of the generators of value. On the basis of information, the business value is estimated to 1 January 2013 using discounted cash flow method and the capitalized earnings method.
