Organizational Culture and its Connection to the Organizational Structure

The work describes the organizational structure and analyze the organizational culture in a particular organization. Searches ties that these two areas interlink and finds them in the standards of behavior. Identifies common factors shared values, norms of behavior and identifies them with appropriate typologies of culture. Proposes joint measures that would considered organization secondly eliminate the negative effects of fragmentation of values and norms of behavior of individual members, as well as better utilize their strengths, ie. Compactness values and norms of behavior. All this in order to facilitate efficient management of the organization and the shared goals of the organization.
Aspects of Organizational Integration Currency Bitcoin Payments

The main objective of this diploma thesis is to introduce the history and origin of digital currency Bitcoin and how this project works specifically from the perspective of IT. The thesis contains detailed instructions for the process of implementation Bitcoin payments to the company. This diploma thesis describes the possibilities of abuse and security. Further compares advantages and disadvantages with the classical exchange resources. How is it possible to get this currency, use and how it developed its rate against other world currencies. The thesis also mentions similar cryptocurrencies.
Analysis of the preference of local brand in the global market with Czech consumers - a case study on the brand pietro filipi

The first part of my thesis addresses the issue of consumer preference and the degree to which it may be influenced by brand names. I researched this question from the global perspective, i.e. the way thing work worldwide. The second part focuses on the Czech consumer. The aim of the thesis is to determine the level to which Czech consumers are affected by awareness of Czech brands. The practical part of my bachelor's thesis looks at the brand pietro filipi. This part actually covers an area that is at the threshold of both of the first sections, as, although this is a purely Czech brand, it is often believed to be Italian. This third question particularly captured my attention because not every Czech consumer knows that this is a Czech brand with an Italian name. I would like to support my theory by means of a public survey.
Internet Memes in Relation to Marketing

In this bachelor thesis I focus on inquiring the usage of meme as a tool in area of marketing and promotion in comparison to other tools. Part of a thesis talks about history and the development of meme, memetics and universal Darwinism. It defines requirements of meme and the difference which occurres when internet comes into play. In the second part I will investigate the properties specific for online marketing, internet meme and the variety of its spreading. I try to make a suggestion how to approach internet meme in order to accomplish desired goals with regard to characteristics of some succesful internet memes in last couple years.
Analysis of the Development Potential of Customer Service E.ON Czech Republic, Ltd

This thesis is focused on E.ON Group, one of the biggest provider of electricity and natural gas in the Czech republic. The E.ON Group will be compared with other competitive suppliers in customer service area. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the suitability of services in mentioned area. This comparison should result in creating new solutions and possibly new services provided by E.ON Group. The theoretical part will contain basis applicable in real world, such as situational analysis, segmentation, and other elements necessary for a deeper insight into the E.ON Group. Finally these elements will be applied to the actual market situation in the practical part of this thesis.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the introduction of modern approaches in analysis social networks. In theoretical part there is characterized various social media used in both the Czech Republic and in the world. Additionally discussed are fundamental elements of social networking and the ability of analysis using software. In practical part are these basic approaches applied for an exploratory analysis of the social network of students of University of Economics, Faculty of Management in social media Facebook. For analysis is used SNA program Gephi. The goal of this work is to explore the social network of students of Faculty of Management on FB and to obtain potentially useful information.
Analysis of impact of Internet marketing on visits of the Lenovo Blog CZ

The thesis analyses the impact of Internet marketing tools on visits of the Lenovo Blog CZ, the official blog of the computer manufacturer Lenovo. It focuses evolution of visits of the blog over time, on the impact of social networks and Facebook posts paid promotion on visits. Finally, it observes to what extent the Internet marketing tools impact overall visits of the blog over the observed time.

Monitoring of Social Networks as Part of Marketing Research of Firm

The main purpose of this master thesis is to help companies in their work with social networks. The first chapter is a short introduction into social networks and types of their users. The second chapter helps companies to realize how the social networks are connected to marketing activities and what kind of monitoring possibilities they can take advantage of. Then the thesis is focused on what kind of businesses is monitoring applicable for as well as how to correctly determinate goals and monitoring on social networks. These findings are demonstrated on particular company named Foreigners.cz Pilsen.
