Employee benefits of pedagogical staff of selected schools
Novák, Michal ; Hubert, Vlastimil (advisor) ; Tureckiová, Michaela (referee)
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the provision of employee benefits to teaching staff and the use of this area as a human resource management tool for school management. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a empirical part. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes knowledge about the issue from the professional literature, defines basic terms and serves as a basis for the following practical part. The empirical part describes the method of setting the goals of the thesis, i.e. describing the use of providing benefits as a human resource management tool from the point of view of the management of selected schools, the methodology of the research and presents the results of the research, including their interpretation and discussion. Qualitative research was carried out at three selected secondary schools in Prague, using semi-structured interviews with school principals and a subsequent questionnaire among the pedagogical staff of the given schools. The result of the research is an answer to the research questions, i.e. how the management of selected schools uses employee benefits as a human resources management tool, what benefits are offered to the teachers at selected schools and which benefits are the most popular among teachers at selected schools. The research shows that the...
Charger for a battery supply of an oscilloscope
Novák, Miroslav ; Martiš, Jan (referee) ; Vorel, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and construction of a battery charger for an oscilloscope battery source. The output parameters of this charger are: output voltage 4.1 V and output current 15 A. The charger is designed as a flyback converter controlled by the integrated circuit UC3844. First, the possible topologies of the inverter are described. Then the selected flyback converter and the subsequent design of the power parts and the control circuit are described. Then the measurement where the transformer leakage was too large is described. Therefore, the following section describes the modification of the charger design, which uses a snubber network to eliminate the effect of leakage. This is followed by a description of the mechanical design of the charger. Finally, measurements of the charger are documented, testing problems are described, and the results obtained are evaluated.
The electromobile charging standards overview
Novák, Michal ; Toman, Marek (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
In this bachelor´s thesis is performed literary research on the topic of charging standards in the area of electric vehicle charging. The work presents the historical standards appearing at the beginning of the development of electric vehicles and their subsequent development. The main part of bachelor´s thesis is the division of charging standards into categories according to the IEC 62196 standard, the division according to the method of charging and the specialized standardized connectors and sockets used. The principle of communication and required hardware during AC charging and DC charging is also described.
Hodnocení míry znečištění vodních nádrží sinicemi metodami dálkového průzkumu Ze
NOVÁK, Matěj
The thesis deals with evaluating the pollution of selected water reservoirs by cyanobacteria and algae using their spectral characteristics. The thesis compares data measured by a spectroradiometer ASD Fieldspec 4 with laboratory-evaluated data collected in situ. Spectral algorithms 709/620 and 709/665 were chosen to evaluate the degree of pollution by cyanobacteria and algae. The values of the spectral algorithms 709/620 and 709/665 showed a close linear relationship with the laboratory-evaluated concentrations of phycocyanin and chlorophyll-a (709/620 with PC and 709/665 with Chl-a) and the regression models achieved considerable accuracy (R2PC = 0.7339; R2Chl-a = 0.7899). In the case of the relationship of the spectral algorithm 709/665 with TP, PP and PN, a close linear dependence was also achieved. And the regression models again achieved considerable accuracy (R2TP = 0.7273, R2PP = 0.7466, R2PN = 0.7491). This indicates that the use of the ASD Fieldspec spectrometer, and thus other DPZ methods using spectral reflectance for evaluation, offers in practice a suitable alternative to evaluating surface water status through laboratory evaluation of samples.
Voice recognition and text conversions using Speech Recognition JS API
NOVÁK, Martin
The point of the bachelor's thesis is to process the issue of voice recognition and voice input using the JavaScript interface SpeechRecognition. This interface is part of the Web Speech API, which allows you to integrate voice data into web applications and contains two components - text-to-speech (SpeechSynthesis) and asynchronous speech recognition (SpeechRecognition). JS API technology allows you to recognize the voice coming into the input, then convert it to text, which can then be used in many ways, such as simply typing as a dictaphone, or invoking other functions using a word command. A very positive and especially current feature is the fact that it is a so-called blind friendly technique, ie technology designed for visually impaired users of web applications in this case. In the theoretical part, the author will focus on the introduction of basic web technologies related to the issue with a focus on JavaScript and especially on the SpeechRecognition API itself and its implementation and incorporation using the aforementioned JavaScript. In the practical part, a web application will be created, which will demonstrate the possibilities, features and advan- tages or disadvantages that this voice recognition technology currently brings.

Bachelor thesis deals with a design of wooden bridge over the river Litava. The theoretical part consists of a survey of implemented construction of bridges and summary of used connections of wooden elements and options of support bridge construction is included. In this part is also recommendation for structural protection for wooden elements. In the practical part is included the design of the bridge with simplified static analysis. The design documentation is included.
Remedial conservation and stabilization of collection objects containing degrading Fe-sulphides by the high pressure application of dry ammonia
Ekrt, Boris ; Sklenář, Jan ; Novák, Michal ; Horáková, Tereza
A procedure for neutralization of corrosion products and stabilization of a specimen containing pyrite, or its degradation products, by high-pressure application of dry ammonia. A streamlined method of ammonia application allowing bulk treatment of specimens, increased efficiency (speed and penetration depth), and avoidance of contact with water or elevated relative humidity during application.

Glossators a Commentators in the Strahov Library
Novák, Marek ; Skřejpek, Michal (advisor) ; Salák, Pavel (referee) ; Falada, David (referee)
348 Glossators a Commentators in the Strahov Library Private law in the Czech Republic, but also in many countries of the world, has its origin in the law of ancient Rome, the development of which reached its peak in the form of a codification compiled at the initiative of Emperor Justinian I in the 6th century AD. However, modern civil codes do not draw their content, theoretically defined institutes, and systematics directly from the sources of Roman law, but from the results of their processing by medieval and early modern period jurists. This process is referred to as the reception of Roman law and, in addition to the discovery, or rather realization of importance, of Justinian codification, it involved its detailed study, the search for a system in the insufficiently organized compilation of the statements of classical Roman lawyers, the abstraction of theoretical concepts from casuistic norms and the transfer of ancient norms to the contemporary world. This thesis focuses on the first two stages of the process of reception of Roman law, which are referred to as schools of glossators and commentators according to the typical ways of work of lawyers, and which extend from approximately the second half of the 11th century to the end of the 15th century. It searches manuscripts, incunabula, and printed...
