This diploma thesis elaborated on the subject „Contemporary Health and Safety at Work Problems and their Influence on the Functioning of an Organization“ focuses on the description of contemporary state of Health and safety at work problems in work activities, where the source of risk is represented by chemical substances, from the point of view of a company. The thesis sets out a view of legislative definition for the mentioned topic and also the possible application of safety at work management programs. This part also includes a summary description of risk analysis methods. In the practical part of the thesis, there is an organizational directive for a fictive company engaged in chemical production made. This directive will identify possible occupational risks resulting from the manufacturing process, and it will also evaluate the amount of risk for particular work activities in conjunction with hazard factors. The next part of the thesis contains a proposal of measures for risk reduction, based upon the previously mentioned evaluation. In the final part of the thesis, the author contemplates the possibilities of health and safety at work system improvement.

Completing of horizontal control for landscape consolidation purposes

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the revision implementation and a proposal of new points for minor horizontal control completion, including the field realization. The new points were positioned by means of typical geodetic methods and with the help of the global navigation satellite system technology. Besides, the complete minor horizontal control documentation for landscape consolidation purposes is a part of the thesis.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is Conception of population protection till 2020 and its possible reflection in the teaching at the elementary and secondary schools. The issue of teaching of Population Protection was neglected at the end of the last century. Therefore it is necessary to create a functional system that would allow access for school children to a high standard education. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the history of population protection. It also describes emergencies in the Czech Republic and contains a review of educational manuals and tools used during the education. The second part represents the Conception of population protection till 2020 and shows the current state of education. The conclusion deals with a proposal of the educational system.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to propose and process design documentation for the construction of a detached house in Horní Brusnice. The building is located on plot no. 1738/4 in cadastre unit Horní Brusnice (Trutnov District). The house is situated in urban area, on the investor's undeveloped plot. A district road (class II.) runs close to the plot. The design of the house takes into account the local zoning plan and the surrounding buildings in the street. The design documentation has been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws, ordinances and norms. This project represents the construction of a two-storey detached house on a sloping plot. The greater part of the ground floor is below ground level. The profile of the building is irregular, with a warm flat roof. The type of structural system is masonry and wall, made of sand-lime bricks. The house is designed as one dwelling unit of 4+kk type (3 bedrooms and living room with an open plan kitchen) for residence of 4 people, where the first floor is designed as a living area and the ground floor is used for technical utilities. The main aim of the master´s thesis is the analysis of the activities of insurance brokers in terms of adhering to the principles of business ethics in the Insurance practice. Using the questionnaire will found attitudes clients insurance brokers to the issue and still views and opinions of the insurance brokers. The result will be the proposals for streamlining and improvement of intermediary activities in insuracance for company ABC, as and FAOL, a.s. and recommendation for itself Insurance Brokers.

The aim is to prevent possible legal deputies in between owners of affected object. The demand of passportization of building structure is increasing with the exploding of developments projects from green fields to vacancies. The aim of this work is to determine the metodology of passportization of building structures and to apply it on existig object.
