The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine a perception of the brand Kérastase Paris by consumers in Czech republic and Slovakia and compare it with the identity of the brand. I want to expose consumer habbits in the field of hair care and find out opinion about marketing communication of the brand Kérastase, that is supposed to correspondent with the brand strategy. I also want to expose main characteristics of loyal customer of the brand and propose some marketing recommendation for the brand Kérastase Paris.
Evaluation of the environmental quality of the Novomlýnský rybník reservoir (cadastral zone Nová Bystřice)

Seasonal variations of zooplankton, zoobenthos, fish assemblage and hydro-chemical and limnological indicators were studied in the Novomlýnský rybník reservoir (PP Homolka Vojířov) near Nová Bystřice in 2014. The results were used for the evaluation of factors influencing the quality of the environment of a small water reservoir. The measurements and samples were taken monthly from April to October (with the exception for June) in the pelagial at the point of the pond maximum depth. The sampling of fish to determine the species present took place once, in April of 2014. At the same time, two measurements and sample taking took place at the reservoir inflow and outflow. The results of this survey could be useful during planning and water management of the reservoir with the aim to restore the environment and increase the range of present large filtering zooplankton, particularly those from the Cladocera family, which are scarce in the reservoir.
Nutritive value determination of granular feed mixtures for dogs

The aim of this thesis was evaluate the nutritive value of complete granulated dry food for adult dogs in normal activity. 17 dry feeds were choosen with regard to quality classes - 7 superpremium, 5 premium and 5 economy. Content of moisture, crude protein, crude fat, crude fibre, crude ash were determined in laboratory and NFE (nitrogen-free extracts - carbohydrates) and metabolizable energy were determined by calculations. The results of the analysis were compared with figures stated on the packaging of the feed. Quality classes were compared with each other. It was found that 12 from 17 feeds exceeded the tolerance limites for declarated nutrients. Not all of the feeds on the market is suitable for the dogs and an appellation superpremium isn't guarantee of good quality.

I have focused on the problematic of L'Oréal Professionnel brand image, which is the brand of professional haircare cosmetics in B2B segment. B2B segment is the key source of income of this brand. In theoretical part I have explained terms like brand, brand image and brand identity, marketing mix, marketing strategy, consumer behaviour, brand knowledge etc. In practical part, I have focused on the development of L'Oréal Professionnel brand as well as the development of its marketing strategy and its present image. Moreover, I have researched what is the real L'Oréal Professionnel image like and whether it is the same as the brand identity. According to the fact, that in some parts there is a clash between these two, I have been recommending steps, which will help to improve the L'Oréal Professionnel image. I have been suggesting these steps also according to the present image of two main direct competitors of L'Oréal Professionnel, which are Wella and Schwarzkopf, which I have included into my research.
The English cocker spaniel - effect of color to character traits

The aim of this thesis is study of the available literature sources that deal with issue of color, temperament and effect of color to character traits of English cocker spaniels and assess difference of temperament between solid coloured and particoloured lines of English cockers in the Czech Republic. The object of evaluation is 68 English Cocker Spaniels - 21 black, 23 golden and 24 particolouredBy virtue of answers of their owners it is assessed dominance, aggression towards adults, children and dogs, intensity of barking, playfulness, dependence on the owner and destroying thingsSolid colored cocker spaniels are more dominant, aggressive, a little more barking and they are more dependence on the owner than particoloured cocker spaniels. Particoloured cockers are the most playful. Things are most often destroyed by the black cockers and least often by the golden cockers.
Analysis of Employees' Satisfaction in ČSOB, a.s.

This thesis deals with problems of employee satisfaction and various factors affecting it. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of literature. Deals with different concepts and contexts that are important to employee satisfaction. The practical part is already focused on the specific characteristics of the staff at the company, ČSOB, a.s., having a major impact on employee satisfaction as a system of remuneration, incentive system, carrer growth opportunities, training and development and labor relations in enterprises. There is also an outside its own questionnaire, processing and evaluation of data and final discussion of results.

This thesis deals with the sale of a company and is divided to the fourth main parts. The first part is devoted to the sale of a company from a legal point of view. Defines important terms, which are closely related to the sale of a company as it is provided in the commercial code and deals with the rights and obligations of the seller. The second part is focused on the sale and purchase of a company from the persective of accounting and taxes. The third part contains a hypothetical comprehensive example of a company sale.The fourth part is a summary of the most important, what should the seller and buyer know and manage.
Analysis of the system of assessment of employees in PROF SVAR s.r.o.

The thesis is dealing with the system of assessment of employees in a firm developing and producing trailer towing devices. The aim of this thesis is to suggest optimization arrangements and eventually recommodations for the improvement of this area of the company's human resource management. The theoretical part of the thesis characterizes the question of work motivation, system of assessment of employees, allocation of manpower, remuneration and further training and development of employees. The practical part of the thesis characterizes these areas of the personnel work in the company. Empirical research then discovers attitude of the employees towards the company's system of assessment. Results of the questionnaire examination are used for suggestion of optimization arrangements for the improvement of the system of assessment and strengthen work motivation and satisfaction of the company's employees.
Marketing strategy of Miele

The thesis deals with the terms like marketing strategy, its components and the suitable way for promotion and distribution of the specific product. This general idea is then used for analysis of present marketing strategy of Miele which is accompanied by the questionary results. Based on the analysis of present marketing strategy is proposed new strategy which should help the premium brand like Miele to increase the market share and the profit.

This dissertation deals with the sale of a company or its part - in terms of law, accounting and taxes. Each of the two parts is devoted to a particular area. The first part is devoted to the sale of a company or a part of it from a legal point of view. Defines important terms, which are closely related to the sale of a company or its part as it is provided in the commercial code -- and deals with the rights and obligations of the seller. The second part is focused on the sale and purchase of a company or its part from the persective of accounting and taxes, whereas the first chapter is dedicated to the issue in general in terms of accounting and tax laws. Next chapter explains the sale and purchase of the company or its parts, depending on the income tax. Following chapters are focused on the sale or purchase of a company or its parts in connection with other significant taxes in the Czech Republic and on their impact on the issues examined. The last chapter is a summary of the most important, what should the seller and buyer know and manage.
