Criminal liability in the area of environmental protection

141 Abstract The topic of this thesis is criminal liability within the environmental protection. Introductory chapters are devoted to the definition of basic concepts of the whole matter (environment, environmental protection, criminal liability etc.) and kinds of legal liability in the field of environmental protection. Another chapter deals with international and EU aspects of matter aforesaid. Furthermore, this thesis analyzes the adjustment of criminal liability within the environmental protection in the Czech Republic, at first for natural and consequently for legal persons whose criminal liability has been introduced in the Czech Republic for relatively short period of time. The final chapter is focused on the comparison of Czech and French criminal liability legislation of legal persons in relation to the environment.

Planning students learning during baroque Hospital Kuks field trip

Summary: The goal of the thesis is to create an educational project for pupils of 4th and 5th grade of primary school which introduces them to Hosptial Kuks - a unique Baroque monument in Eastern Bohemia. The main aim of the project is to support students' social abilities and field knowledge with the original intention of the founder - social care in the 18th century; students then develop their own foundation based on the gained information and knowledge.

"Gender stereotyped optics in upbringing of several Prague's families"

This thesis deals with the issue of gender stereotypes in the context of parental upbringing. This paper is based on qualitative research and analysis of eleven semi- structured interviews with parents who bring up at least two children of different sex. I focus on the relation between identified gender stereotypes in upbringing and parenting style. I also focus on gender stereotyped attitudes of fathers and mothers within individual families. On the basis of the interviews analysis I conclude that gender stereotypes in upbringing and overall optics of gender stereotypes are present in all families, regardless of parenting style. I am finding that differences among families with diverse parenting styles are primarily in the degree of awareness of gender stereotyped attitudes and the degree of active transmission of these attitudes to their children.

Masks in contemporary art

My bachelor thesis observes masks and it's representation in contemporary art in order to express identity. In the first part, the brief theory of mask is being presented. It concerns definitions, etymology of the word mask and theories in which mask is related to the identity. Considerable part of work studies mask in visual arts. Trough several art works from modern era, we can see the way mask entered into the tradition of modern and consequently contemporary art. Brief view is given on contemporary perception of identity. Important types and functions of mask are devided and the way how contemporary artists approach the topic of the mask and identity is descripted. Keywords Masks Face Art Identity Contemporary art

Czech and French curricular documents focused on mathematics

This work presents a detailed study of Czech and French curricular documents. In the first part, the author maps wider historical context of mathematical education in both countries, points out the shared and the differing features, and focuses on general characteristics of current curricular documentation in the Czech Republic and France. The focus of this work lies in elaborate comparison of the documents, based on in-depth analysis of selected areas. The orientation in the text is facilitated by a transparently explained system of French schools. Studying the tendencies in both educational systems, the author offers the opportunity to reflect on current theoretical and practical trends in Mathematics education. Her critical evaluation of both systems and comprehensive knowledge enables her to formulate specific propositions to improve and supplement current both Czech curricular documents and general trends in Mathematics education.

Design sewerage system and WWTP in the village Maleč

The thesis describes wastewater removal and subsequent handling. Also
includes calculations and drawings of the proposed network and sewage treatment
plant. Finally, work is designed sewerage system and wastewater treatment plant for
the area.
Area for which the sewerage system and wastewater treatment plant being
proposed is Maleč village, which lies in Havlíčkův Brod district, north of Chotěboř.
The benefit of this work is the comprehensive information on the issue of
wastewater removal and subsequent purification plant. The information obtained will
be used in the design of a new sewer system and wastewater treatment plant for the
municipality Malec, which is currently built only rainwater drainage system and
sewage is discharged into the pits and cesspools.

This work describes the specifics of Spanish culture in connection with the existence of the international consulting firm OVB Allfinanz on the market of Spain. It outlines the main features and characteristics of culture for the reason of collaboration with clients throughout whole Europe. The work also defines the concept of corporate culture. The practical part of the work aims to describe the system of the company on the Spanish market. It also defines how the corporate culture of OVB Allfinanz impacts the consultants and clients of the company in Spain.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine a perception of the brand Kérastase Paris by consumers in Czech republic and Slovakia and compare it with the identity of the brand. I want to expose consumer habbits in the field of hair care and find out opinion about marketing communication of the brand Kérastase, that is supposed to correspondent with the brand strategy. I also want to expose main characteristics of loyal customer of the brand and propose some marketing recommendation for the brand Kérastase Paris.
