Podmfnky pro fungovanf liturgicke hudby v Cechach se v dusledku mistupu komunisticke diktatury vyrazne lisily od situace v demokratickych zemfch. Skladatele komponujfci liturgickou hudbu se museli vyrovnavat s absenci fungujfci infrastmktury cfrkevnf hudby, s absenci platformy, kterou by jim poskytlo prostredf strednfch ci vysokych hudebnfch skol, s nedostatkem profesionalnfch chramovych hudebnfku a s celkovou posluehacskou nechutf pfijfmat nove kompozicnf postupy. Navfc riskovali rUzne formy postihu ze strany statu (viz s. 8-11). Pro liturgickou hudbu autorU zijfcich v demokratickych zemfch je v tomto obdobf pffznacne hledanf noveho vyrazu. Prevlada linearita, inspirace gregorianskym choralem ve smyslu komponovanf v duchu gregorianskeho choralu, vznikajf liturgicke skladby komponovane s vyuzitfm serialnfch postupu (viz s. 8). Pro mesni ordinaria a propria ceskych autoru JSou ve vymezenem obdobi charakteristieke inspirace gregorianskym choralem (i ve smyslu citatu), renesancnf vokalnf polyfonii Rfmske skoly, ceskymi duchovnfmi pfsnemi a pastorelami ze 16.-18. stoletf. Remuneration and the system of total remuneration in the selected manufacturing company

The main objective of this thesis is to explore the use of total remuneration in selected manufacturing company and recommend proposals for improving the current system of remuneration. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with remuneration of employes, their motivation, employee benefits and total remuneration model. The practical part deals with the specific manufacturing company. The first part focuses on the characteristics of company and further development of individual indicators of the company. This is the number of employees, turnover, evolution of the share of personnel costs in total costs and evolution of labour productivity of added value. The second part focuses on the development of individual groups of total remuneration model. These are cash rewards, employee benefits, education and development and work environment. The last part is focused on determining the proposal for improvement of certain bonuses and determine the costs that the company had to incur. This part is mainly focused on improving basic wages and comparison the company to a group of firms in a given area. For comparison serves payroll and personnel costs per employee.

Some syntactic features of the Italian legal contracts

Cílem této práce Je zjistit, zda-li základní syntaktické charakteristiky uváděné v souvislosti s právní italštinou platí rovněž pro právní italštinu smluv jako jednoho ze subsystémů právní italštiny, který v lingvistické literatuře nebyl doposud popsán. Při synchronickém popisu funkčního stylu právní italštiny je totiž obvyklé, že se nepřihlíží k její vnitřní diferenciaci, přestože právní jazyk je funkční styl mimořádně heterogenní. Pro účely této práce jsme používali pojem právní italština obecně, kterým rozumíme jak méně specializovanou administrativní italštinu, tak právní italštinu, kterou je dále možné členit z pragmatického hlediska na tři typologie: texty normativní, interpretační a aplikační. Právní italština smluv náleží k subsystému aplikačních právních projevů. Tento subsystém srovnáváme s rysy právní italštiny (která je obvykle zastoupena normativními texty a kterým italští lingvisté věnují největší pozornost) a s rysy administrativní italštiny, která podle italských lingvistů vypovídá v morfosyntaktickém plánu totožné rysy jako právní italština. V této práci vycházíme z diferenciace právního jazyka na vertikální ose a analyzujeme, zda-li se vnitřní diferenciace právního jazyka odráží v syntaktickém plánu jednoho z jeho subsytémů. Taxes in Accounting of self-employed

The aim of bachelor thesis is analyzing the issues of taxes in the accounting of self-employed person. At first some main terms of taxation theory and taxation system of the Czech Republic are explained for easier understanding of the problem. Then this thesis characterizes individual accounts for the register of taxes in accounting. The main part of the thesis is focused on the income tax of individuals and its structure. Important changes, which have come in the law of the income tax of individuals in the last years, are registered in this thesis. The issues of taxes and analysis of taxation duties are applied on the chosen workman since the time he became a self-employed. On the basis of the collected data the taxation optimization resolves if the expenditure incurred is more advantageous than the lump sum.

This work analyzes the life style of students of the Faculty of Education of the University of South Bohemia, the field of social pedagogy. The work focuses on obtaining information on physical activity, adherence to the principles of healthy nutrition, sleeping time, relaxation, ability to resist stress and some addictions. The work is looking for connections among lifestyle, developmental stages of adult hood, the reasons that led students to study and how these factors affect their family life. The aim of this work was to obtain an idea of who is actually a student of Faculty of Education of the University of South Bohemia. A questionnaire method was used to obtain these data.

ICT in language teaching

This thesis focuses on using ICT during langueage teaching. The author cooperates with concrete language school from Prague which would like to start using internet to make lessons more efficient. According to the survey, students would like to use the internet to study the language at home. E-learning and m-learning are defined here. Also their positives and negatives are mentioned. M-learning is thought to be very popular in language teaching these days. Also open source softwares are considered to be a solution. Students would also like to communicate with their colleagues and teachers through instant messengers and social networks. All of these possibilities were taken in mind and the author tried to find the best way how to get the clients of the language school satisfied. The purpose of the whole process was also to gain new clients.
