EVALUATION OF THE IMPACT OF A PROCESS INNOVATION ON SALES IN COMPANY BEDNAR FMT S.R.O.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the impact of process innovation in the field of sales at company Bednar FMT s.r.o. in 2014–2018. The theoretical part defines specific terms related to process innovation as well as terms and indicators of financial analysis. The analytical part describes the monitored company from the point of view of basic data, it also provides information about process innovation and financial analysis is carried out on the basis of theoretical background.

Favorit Brno / cycling stadium - bicross track / architectural study - design / stage 2021/22

The assignment of the diploma thesis is an architectural study of a cycling stadium - velodrome in the Pisárky district in Brno for TJ Favorit Brno. The existing velodrome is located southwest on the edge of the Brno Exhibition Center on Křížovského Street. The Velodrome no longer meets the current requirements of track cycling, but it is historically valuable and has its genius loci. The new 250 m long wooden bike track (together with other parameters of the International Cycling Union) and its associated sports grounds are "inserted" into the existing velodrome, which is modified and reconstructed according to requirements. The grandstands have been preserved. The built-in building with a new track is then completely roofed, creating an enclosed space. As part of the stadium reconstruction, a new facility was also created for TJ Favorit Brno from a modular container system; These are changing rooms for athletes, administrative areas, and facilities for visiting clubs and athletes and IP areas. The container construction system for sports facilities is very practical, economical, fast, environmentally friendly, variable, and flexible to the current requirements of a constantly evolving sport. The Anteroom and ground floor in the southern part of the existing velodrome is equipped with services for the public: a cafe, souvenir shop, cash register, information center, service, and a bicycle and sports equipment store. The new track with grandstands is covered with ETFE foil anchored to new lattice trusses, which are connected to the existing roof.

The Use of Methods of the Project Management for Real Company

The diploma thesis is focused on the packaging industry. Through the application of project management methods it proposed a solution a sewing workshop for the VMT Ecopack s.r.o. The Introductory part is aimed at the description of basic concepts and all subsequent stages of the project, focusing especially on the methodologies in the planning part. The Analytical section primarily states information about the company including conducted analysis of the internal and external area. The last part has been designed and developed my own proposal to establish, encompass and develop a new section of the company through the use of effective project management tools and approaches.

Costs reduction in production of Al-alloy castings

This thesis deals with solving the most serious internal defects in castings made of aluminum alloys which are cast in sand molds in Slévárna a modelárna Nové Ransko Ltd. The problem solving contains a description of the problematic castings with the investigation of the structure and phases and subsequent detailed analysis of their production. The Author of this thesis also examines the influence of Fe and Mn on a possible formation of the internal porosity with the help of test meltings with the evaluation of the internal structural change. The Author’s design solution is a close checking of chemical composition with regard to the ratio Mn / Fe present in the alloy, the purchase of Foundry Degassing Unit to reduce gassiness of melted metals and better control of gassiness with the help of the appropriate equipment for the density Dichte index.

Description of lathe machines

The bachelor’s thesis deals with description and classification of vertical lathe machines. The text is divided into several coherent chapters. The introduction is concerned with history and basis of the turning. Next part describes basic types of vertical lathe machines and the greatest attention is given to the analyse of particular parts of the machine. The end of the bachelor´s thesis includes some representatives of Czech and foreign producers of the lathe machines followed by the comparison of their products.

The Apartment block Masarykova ctvrt

By submitting the bachelor thesis is the design of the new building Viladom in Masaryk District in Brno, District of Stránice. The specified plot lies between the Roubalova Street and the Helceletova Street. The building was designed with respect to the surrounding area. The object respects the street line. The underground floor is designed for the parking and storage areas, it has separate cellars to individual apartments. The first floor is dedicated to common areas and a separate flat, the second floor consists of two separate apartments.The third above ground floor contains the largest independent apartment and fourth floor is redistributed among the individual apartments. The floor is dedicated to terraces and living quarters. The main entrance to the building is direct and barrier-free from the Roubalova Street. Entrance for cars is accessible from the Helceletova Street.

Dissertation abstract Biologist a philosopher Zdeněk Neubauer Studies on Intellectual Biography The subject of the dissertation research is the personality and work of the Czech biologist and philosopher Zdeněk Neubauer in contemporary scientific and social contexts, in selected aspects, concentrating mainly on the period from the beginning of his scientific activity to the 1990s. It focuses on his intellectual biography in general, with an attempt to capture, describe and informatively complete those aspects of his work and professional activities where the necessary coherent information has not been available so far. The basic methodology of the thesis is qualitative research with as much critical objectivity as possible. The necessary evaluation and interpretation procedures are subordinated to this basic approach and objectives. The text of the dissertation is divided into ten chapters, which structure Neubauer's life into thematic units. The chapters are partly arranged chronologically, but most of the themes are interwoven throughout the work, so this structure is only ancillary. Evaluation of the properties of new types of zwitterionic stationary phases in HILIC

PharmDr. Lucie Nováková, Ph.D. Title of the diploma thesis: Evaluation of properties of new types of zwitterionic stationary phases in HILIC The aim of this thesis was to compare six new zwitterionic Astra ZWIX columns (3 μm, 2,1 x 100 mm) from Chromservis s.r.o. Five groups of compounds were used for the analysis, namely nucleic bases and nucleosides, nicotinic acid derivates, hydrophilic vitamins, beta- blockers, and phenolic acids. These groups of compounds were also analysed on commercially available columns - BEH Z HILIC, SYNCRONIS, OMEGA SUGAR, BEH HILIC and BEH AMIDE (OMEGA SUGAR 3 μm, 2,1 x 100 mm; other columns 1,7 μm, 2,1 x 100 mm). The investigated parameters were retention time, peak resolution, peak symmetry, and peak width at half height. Optimisation to improve peak separation of nucleic bases and nucleosides, hydrophilic vitamins, and beta-blockers was also carried out. The mobile phase gradient was optimized, as well as the column temperature, and mobile phase flow rate. The selectivity of the columns was found not to differ within the batch.
