The legal nature of spatial planning instruments Abstract This thesis analyzes the legal nature of spatial planning instruments in the context of the sustainable land development, both in the general level as a structured system of spatial planning instruments and in the specific level of individual types of spatial planning instruments. The thesis provides a comprehensive picture of the system of spatial planning instruments, their interconnectedness and connections that are applied in this system. The thesis also analyzes the various spatial planning insturments, whose legal nature is defined by the purpose and conditions of their use, by the process of their formation and by the subject of their regulation. The emphasis in this work is mainly put on their legal form and the resulting aspects of the individual spatial planning instruments. Thesis also analyzes theoretical and legal basis of spatial planning, which is based primarily on the requirements of sustainable land development, from the concept of which the main goals of spatial planning are formed. Strategic analysis

The aim of this Master's thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of the multiplex CineStar Mladá Boleslav from a perspective of its management. This analysis provides information and suggestions for improvement, which this management can use during an effort to influence strategic goals of the multiplex, when these goals are primarily defined by management of the CineStar Company. The thesis is divided into three parts - theoretical, methodical and practical. The theoretical part consists of a definition of related notions and putting a strategic analysis into context. The methodical part identifies and describes applied methods and tools of a strategic analysis. The practical part consists of the strategic analysis of the multiplex CineStar Mladá Boleslav, which is divided into analysis of superordinate strategy, external analysis, analysis of stakeholders and analysis of internal sources and abilities. Outputs of these partial analyses are subsequently consolidated in a SWOT analysis and lead to formulation of strategic recommendations.

Final thesis deals with an analysis of a Czech firm Mountfield which business activity lies in selling of garden equipment, swimming pools and hobby products. Based on this analysis a country is chosen, which is suitable for a future expansion. Consequently, the chosen market is segmented together with creating a targeting and positioning of Mountfield products on this market. Marketing mix for the market and customers in question is created in the last part of this thesis.

Creating Forex trading strategy

The goal of this thesis is to take the reader through the whole, theoretical and practical, process of creating an investment strategy for Forex market. In theoretical part is the thesis focused on essential functional principles of Forex. Then it describes methods and procedures, which are important when creating business plan and backtesting. These methods and procedures are subsequently used in practical part, where there is shown the process of creating a trading strategy based on basic principles of the Tripple Screen system. The conclusion of this thesis is a created strategy prepared for real, live trading, which simultaneously proves, that it is possible to gain successfully and consistently profits from Forex trading.

The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company RUDOLF JELÍNEK, a. s. from the perspective of an external user using different methods of financial analysis. These methods are described in the first so-called methodical part, which precedes the actual financial analysis of the company contained in the practical part. The practical part is focused on analyzing the financial situation of the company of the years 2006-2010 using the described methods including horizontal and vertical analysis of the accounting statements, financial ratios, analysis of the indicator EVA and bankruptcy and financial standing models. Financial analysis is further enriched by the comparison of selected indicators with industry, which the company operates in.

Stock market strategies

This thesis presents two different types of stock trading for a small investor. First described method focuses on stocks from abroad, where with the help of technical analysis a portfolio is constructed. This portfolio is to be traded with the strategy of pair trading or sometimes also called statistical arbitrage. This method is not very well known, so the thesis gives enough space to explain how the system exactly works. Second strategy puts focus on stocks from Prague Stock Exchange and their trading as dividend stocks. Unlike the first strategy, this one presents the fundamental analysis and longterm investment. The emphasis is in both strategies put on easily managable portfolio and its good revenue.

Elaboration of the digital educational bases with building themes in AutoCAD.

The program AutoCAD is a standard software solution to design of some surface routes. The thesis shows a right elaboration of a cart-road with using the program AutoCAD. The work should be the educational aid for a education of a technical subject. As a result of this thesis is a complete design documentation that is necessary for the administrative and technical realization of the cart-road.
