Delivery term and its influence on price determination

This bachelor's thesis is concerned with delivery terms in the international sales contract. This work evaluates the development of INCOTERMS, rules for the use of domestic and international trade terms, and presents the latest version of 2010. The practical part introduces the firm Chirastar KDT, s.r.o. and its export and import operations with the focus on the applied delivery term. The last part demonstrates how costs are allocated between buyer and seller in dependence of a particular delivery term.
Impact of the development of the Czech crown to the export and import of the Czech Republic, focusing on the years 2010 - 2015

The following thesis describes the development of Czech crown, focusing on years 2010 - 2015 and analyse the impact of its progress on the foreign trade of Czech Republic. It contains 5 chapters, 2 in the theoretical part, 3 in the practical part, furthermore 16 graphs and 6 tables. The theoretical part involve the theory of monetary policy as far as the summary of Czech crown development since its establishment, until the end of the year 2009. The practical part applies the outlined theoretical foundations to the real development of the Czech crown and then also in the progress of exports and imports in the main period of time on which the work detail is oriented. The main aim of this thesis is to demonstrate the way the exchange rate of Czech crown affects foreign trade in Czech Republic
The importance of free trade agreements for Australia

This bachelor thesis aims to introduce the Australian economy. However, the main goal is to analyze selected Australian free trade agreements with certain states and show their impact on these countries. The thesis itself is divided into four chapters. The first chapter defines the Australian economy. The second chapter is about the Australia New Zealand Closer Economic Relations Trade Agreement. The third chapter is about the China-Australia Free Trade Agreement. The last fourth chapter focuses on the Australia-United States Free Trade Agreement.
Analysis and evaluation of compliance of the company Trafil Czech to the requirements of ISO/TS 16949: 2009

The aim is to analyse the status of the company Trafil Czech with regard to the requirements of ISO/TS 16949: 2009 and propose possible measures designed to achieve compliance with this standard. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first chapter of the theoretical part deals with the definition of quality and its concepts. The second chapter of this work is dedicated to ISO standards and their importance for different segments of society and concepts related to the quality system. The third chapter introduces ISO/TS 16949: 2009, which the company intends to implement. The fourth chapter introduces the company Trafil Czech. The last chapter is the practical part of the thesis, and includes the analysis of the status of the company Trafil Czech with regard to the requirements of ISO/TS 16949: 2009 and propose possible measures designed to achieve compliance with this standard.
Payment and hedging instruments in international trade and their comparison on Czech banking market

This thesis is devoted to analysis of payment and hedging instruments used in international trade. The main purpose of this thesis is comparison of charges associated with the use of Documentary Collection, Letter of Credit and Bank Guarantee in the five largest Czech banks. The first part briefly describes their basic characteristics, the main advantages and disadvantages and also the situations in which it is appropriate to use these instruments. The third part is focused on analysis of trends in the use of these instruments for trade finance, as well as the use of Documentary Collection and Letter of Credit in various regions of the world. The last part is devoted to the comparison of charges associated with these instruments in selected banks, firstly in general and then on illustrative examples.
Import of Mexican silver to the Czech republic

The thesis called Import of Mexican silver to the Czech republic describes the process of importing silver from Mexico to the Czech republic, with focus on importing silver jewelry and description of related administrative steps. The main objective of this thesis is to confirm or disprove the hypothesis whether or not is it advantageous to import silver jewelry from Mexico to the Czech Republic for the purpose of sale. Partial objective is to calculate the price of silver products from Mexico after their importation to the Czech Republic, and to deduce whether this price compared to the price of silver jewelry sold in the Czech Republic provides an advantageous business opportunity and a chance for setting margins and cover operating costs. The thesis also describes the history of Mexican silver, informs about companies producing silver Mexico, silver mines and about export of various categories of silver from Mexico.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the entrance of Kupred Ltd. Co. to the Indonesian market, based on the analysis of the current situation on the market, if there are any barriers to entry and the overall recommendation or deny to entry the Indonesian market on the basis of disadvantages for company of this set up process. The first part is focused on the theory of entrance into foreign markets. The second chapter evaluates the situation of the Indonesian market in several areas, then the company is presented and its business activities. At the end, analyzes are summarized and evaluated on which are made recommendations for the company.
Position and Perspectives of the Company BUKOCEL, a. s. on European Markets

The only non-integrated pulp mill in Slovakia BUKOCEL, a. s. is 100% exporter of its product short fiber kraft bleached paper pulp. Pulp is intermediate product, which is used primarily in paper sector. Export of this company is mainly directed to European markets. The aim of this paper is to state the position and perspectives of this company on European markets. The evaluation of its status is based on paper sector's point of view. And by analysing the European pulp and paper industry, its evolution as well as by outlining future prospects, together with the evaluation of Slovak market and by comparing the company with its competition and stating its weaknesses and strengths, as well as, its opportunities and threats and lastly, analysing European environment by conducting PEST analysis, fulfills this paper's goal of stating the position of this company on the pulp market, as well as its further growth opportunities. Pulp and paper industry is showing up to be a perspective industry with broad possibilities of growth of its product portfolio, mainly in segment of packaging and tissue paper as well as in innovative ways of using cellulose fibre outside of paper sector.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the employment of people with disabilities and social entrepreneurship. The aim is to familiarize the reader with this issue and to introduce social entrepreneurship as a suitable form of enterprise in the employment of people with disabilities. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the employment of people with disabilities within the EU. The second chapter deals with the employment of people with disabilities in the Czech Republic. The third chapter is focused on social entrepreneurship. Lastly, the final chapter discusses Ergotep, a cooperative of disabled people. Ergotep demonstrates good practice of social enterprise employing people with disabilities.
