Analysis of demand for a city guide service

The target of the task will be the analysis of tourists` and visitors` demands for guide services. The research will be carried out in towns -- Jindřichův Hradec, Slavonice and in another chosen town by the method of personal oral interview. The result will be formed into the analysis of demanding and using guide services by tourists and the analysis could be used by the organizations, which offer these facilities.

The second section is devoted to social politics and social security. The pension systems in the Czech Republic are described in the third section. The following section outlines the structural characteristics of pension systems in other countries. The fifth part deals with demographic development in the Czech Republic. The last two sections focus on individual reforms in the Czech Republic.

The Bachelor thesis research efforts of important international organizations which tend to solve climate changes issue within the frame of their agency. Thesis is devoted to theoretical description of climate changes issue and confrontation of different opinions on the origin of climate changes. The major part of thesis is devoted to international agreements, their efficiency, significancy and the problems connected to their origin.

Retraining as a Tool in the Struggle Against Unemployment

Following diploma thesis is focused on retraining as a form of vocational adult education and on its possibilities in the struggle against unemployment. This thesis aims to describe retraing in terms of being an effective measure of active labour-market policy as well as to examine thorougly the actual contribution of retraining scheme for increasing both employment rate and employability. This effort subsequently entails the disclosure of some weaknesses in the implementation of this measure. Diploma thesis therefore contains also some recommendation for improving the existing practice. The theoretical part of the thesis starts by providing general overview of fundamentals of a theme such as labour market, unemployment or labour policy. Then it moves on theoretical description of retraining scheme itself. Empirical part of the thesis is founded on analysis of the local labour market (the territory of the capital city Prague) and on the particular means of action in the implementation of retraing scheme here.

The Grant Control of a Tax Administrator

The thesis deals with the problems of control over grants executed by tax offices. It discusses grants in general: their classification, sources, providing, records, control and breach of budgetary discipline. The practical part is a discussion of the grant control of the Tax Office in Český Krumlov between 2001-2006, specifically on the analysis of its results and evaluation of its efficiency. The difficulty administering grants is described and several particular examples of the process deficiencies and ambiguity are given. On account of these deficiencies, a comparison of some providers within property replacement programmes was carried out. Its results were a basis for a proposal of general conditions for grants.

Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union

The diploma thesis gives an outline of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) of the European Union and the Czech Republic, a member state of the EU. The definitions provided include principles, objectives and the nature and function of the CAP. Individual subchapters contain summary of the reform which the agricultural policy must have gone through throughout its development; also the summary explains the system of how the EU is funding and have funded the CAP in the course of history and today. Further, the thesis dwells on analyzing the agricultural development in the Czech Republic before and after the CAP principles have been applied. The analysis focuses on the agricultural sector from the point of view of employment of labour, soil fund, and selected commodities. Next, the thesis describes the Rural Development Policy in the Czech Republic as outlined and implemented for the period between 2007-2013. The comparative analysis comprises selected products of livestock production carried out in the Czech Republic and in the EU. The last chapter analyzes commodities that include wine and grape-vine, and common agricultural organization of the European wine market, and the Czech wine market itself.
