The social intergation of children with diabetes with respect to educational process

The presented diploma work deals with the integration of children with diabetes in the company with a focus on education. The main objective of this work is to highlight the problems and situations with which it must contend daily pediatric patients with type I diabetes. The project should teach classmates disabled children, how his friends help some complications of their disease. The theoretical part of the work is the basis for the project itself and the practical part deals with both the project itself and by questionnaire, the results pointed to the advisability of this project into the classroom.

Review of the therapy of atopic dermatitis

REVIEW OF THE THERAPY OF ATOPIC DERMATITIS This dissertation shows the outline of present possibilities in the cure of atopic dermatitis with a view to new knowledge. The therapy's section is divided into the local therapy, system therapy and phototherapy. Every substance shows the principle of effect, averse effect, contra-indication, drug interaction and recommendation for which stadium of the illness should be indicated. Phototherapy deals with UVA, UVB and PUVA. The next part is about the most frequent complication of atopic dermatitis, the micro-organism colonized the skin. The last part shortly deals with the prevention of atopic dermatitis. The aim of the therapy of atopic dermatitis is to gain control over the symptomps of the illness and improve the life quality. The first choice's medicine are topic corticosteroids. Other posibility of choice are immunomodulators, pimecrolimus and tacrolimus. Very important is also using of emolients in all stadiums of the illness. The great hope for the therapy of AD represents inhibitors of phosphodiesterase, antagonists of leukotriene, interferon-γ, intravenous immunoglobulin and monoclonal antibodies.

Family care of the elderly with regard to the main carer

Thesis "Family Care for Seniors" deals with the issue of family home help for seniors. It concerns mainly primary home caregivers who take care for their parents/partners, eventually organize this care. These primary caregivers mostly decided on caring at home (not in an institution) for senior. The work discovers decision-making processes that anticipate care-giving. It also deals with beginnings of home caring and with reasons and causes for home help. It also includes analysis of problems which caregivers have to face and recommendations for easing their situation. Also for the purpose of comparison, a small part of the thesis is dedicated to relatives who look after seniors who are taken care of by institutions mostly. Basically, the work is a report from a research which was conducted in two phases: in the first, analytical phase, data were collected with the use of standardized questionnaires from 800 Czech households; in the second phase in-depth interviews with primary caregivers and in the third phase in-depths interviews with "institutional family caregivers" were used to collect data. Effectivenes of cognitive-behavioural treatment applied in courses of weight reduction related to cognitive and behaviolal factors

The Czech Republic is from the early 90 years, reducing rates of overweight in CBT applications, which the company operates STOB Mgr. Iva Malkova. According to available information has not been done until now no research in these courses chartedabove the influence of selected cognitive factors on changes in body weight and also to monitor the change in energy intake (behavioral factor). The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between selected cognitive factors (self-efficacy - and with respect to the general dining behavior and physical activity, self-esteem, personal causal orientation restrictive way of eating behavior) and changes in body weight. At the same time the respondents will track changes in energy intakeduring therapy. The study is to verify the reliability of the Czech version of the WELquestionnaire (Weight Efficacy Life-Style Questionnaire), PSQ (Physical Self-Efficacy Questionnaire) and extended range of restrictive behaviors related to food, based on a questionnaire TFEQ (Three Factor Eating Questionnaire).

Concept of Training Ski Programme in a Form of Games for Pre-school Children

Aim: create a weekly program of ski instruction, a set of appropriate games and verification proposed program in practice. Warehouse Change Project

At the turn of the years 2009 and 2010 the structure of supply chain of the company operating in the Czech and Slovak republic has changed through Warehouse Change Project. The goal of this diploma thesis is to evaluate changes caused by this project in term of mathematical modeling and multi-criterial decision making; eventually, propose appropriate changes in the logistic system.
