Author: Klára Budínová Title: Selected aspects of sports training in winter swimming Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to collect available information on aspects of sports training in winter swimming, to focus on the specifics and details of training parameters of a selected group of winter swimmers. Methods: The research was conducted on the basis of a non-standardized quantitative questionnaire. Microsoft Excel was used for graphical processing. All data from Google Forms, which were used to create the questionnaire, were transferred to Excel. The questionnaire was sent to the Facebook group of the 1. PKO Praha v Braníku. The research sample consisted of adult males and females who are members of the 1. PKO Praha v Braníku. Results: The results of the questionnaire survey showed us both agreements and disagreements between theoretical assumptions and practical ones. Often winter swimmers do not follow the recommended practices in the literature and internet sources and have their own. The survey shows that the largest age group involved in winter swimming are people between the age 40-50 and have been involved in winter swimming for 1-5 years. Title: Marketing survey of customer satisfaction with the aqua-aerobic service in the Baby Club Juklík, Ltd. Company. Aim of the thesis: To carry out a model marketing survey in connection with the aqua-aerobic service in the Baby Club Juklík, Ltd. Company. Method: The problem was examined by using a marketing survey, a method of a written interrogation with a prepared questionnaire. The questionnaire was filled in by the customers of the company, who have already at least once used the aqua-aerobic service in the Baby Club Juklík, Ltd. Company. Results: The results illustrate the usage of marketing survey in context of monitoring customer satisfaction with a certain service in the sports industry. Results: The interviewed women realize the importance and significance of selfsaving swimming skills. Due to the fact that it is evaluated in terms of level of swimming skills and self rescue high they are not motivated to improve these skills. Title Development of swimming and water sports in history of olympic games Dissertation goal The target of this work is to create a summary of development of swimming sports in the history of olympic games. To reach our goal we listed changes in particular swimming and water sport events where the places and dates are shortly characterized in connection with famous sportsman and women. Methods used in the project To accomplish our goal we used historical method. The principle of which rests in comperative analyses of information or eventually uses general conclusions which were reached by historical science with the aim of getting the roundup of followed subjekt. Results The conclusion of this work is above all historical list of swimming sports from 1896 to 2008 completed with final calculations , listing of successful sportsman and description of the time and place of those events. Training of young swimmers

Title: Training of young swimmers Objectives: To find out and evaluate the level of training of young swimmers in Bohemia from point of view coach's securing and organization and content of swimming training and dryland training. To compare these results with training of young swimmers recommended in reference books. Methods: The method used in this thesis is questionnaire construction followed by processing and assessment, mostly through tables and charts. Questionnaires were filled in by people who provided training of young swimmers in swimming clubs in Bohemia. Results: We have found out, that coaches of young swimmers mostly have no necessary education in this branch. Most of them had their own swimming career and in the majority of swimming clubs recruitment is under way rather than selection process by in advance determined criterions. The coaches are satisfied with area for training. The content of training and using of aids are comparable with recommendation in reference books. The number of trainings per week rises up gradually. Dryland training is integrated into training plan mostly in third year of training of young swimmers.
