My thesis is focused on the evaluation of company ÚSOVSKO FOOD a.s. using the methods of strategic management Balanced Scorecard and the subsequent design of measures that will lead to strengthening the position on the market. The first part explains the concept of the BSC method and its functioning. The second part focuses on the application of the method to the selected company.
