Creation of the Business Plan for the Development of Family Business

The subject of this thesis is one family business and its planned expansion. This thesis supplies above all a literature research; it defines business, family business, customers, and business plan. The aim of this thesis is to elaborate a business project concerning
the expansion of an online shop. The planned expansion entails opening up a new store in Chomutov. The business plan is to serve as a tool for decision-making regarding
the project implementation. Within the plan an analysis of current customers must be done as well as a marketing plan and a market analysis in Chomutov. The analytical part includes STEP and SWOT analyses and the financial plan. In the conclusion, the results of the partial analysis are summarized and recommendations for a concrete business are given.

The aim of this diploma work is the creation of specific business project dealing with establishment of mensurational office. The literary research contains the definition of running a business and lying the foundation of own business project preparation. This basis contains recommended methods, requirements of business project and the structure.
The core of the diploma work deals with creation of specific business project on the basis of literary research knowledge. The first is the description on mensurational office following the analysis of surroundings on the basis of makro-surroundings and micro-surroundings analysis of the specific mensurational office. The next step is the description of business opportunities, human resources and marketing strategy. The conclusion of diploma work is dedicated to economic evaluation and reality of business project.

The aim of the diploma thesis is creat a business plan for a sport agency
and evaluate the feasibility and return of the project. The literature search defines
the fundamental theoretical aspects associated with the business at first. It is also defines the structure of a business project where its individual parts theoretically described. Custom work is already consist from the a specific business plan which was assembled
of the basis of the established information. At first there is a description of a company
and then the analysis of company enviroment consisting of macro and micro analysis. Next is detailed description of business opportunities with defines the neccesary human resources and marketing plan. Conclusion of the work deals with the evaluation
of economic conditions and the feasibility of a business project sports agency.

Commuting in Pribram Country

The goal of this work is to analyze commuting in Pribram country. The work is devided into two parts. Overview solved problems, which describes the labor market, uneployment, spatial mobility and analyzed Pribram country. In second part of this work is analyzed in detail the commuting to work using the date from CSÚ, own calculations and questionnaire survey. There are described relations witch influence the commuting in this region. These relations are evaluated and compared with the results of questionnaire survey. The finding is that commuting to Pribram affects of receiving salary and educational attainment. Conversely, factors of age, driving distance and time spent on the road is not for the people of the region important. Příbramsko is very affected by the driving out to Prague.

Financial analysis of the selected company

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate company named BOHEMILK, a.s. The evaluation will be carried out by financial analysis, focusing on years 2011 to 2014. First part of the thesis is dedicated to theoretical basics of the financial analysis. Description of calculations methods of individual indicators is also written in this part.
The second part is devoted to perform the financial analysis itself based on the knowledges from the first theoretical part. The bachelor thesis also includes chapters dedicated to the characteristic of the company, calculation of the individual method of the financial analysis complemented by description of the result. Next chapter is focused on comparison with other competitors, whose core business is also production of raw milk. Evaluation of the results and suggestion of improvements is written in the last concluding chapter.

Impact of the Financial Crisis of 2008 on Central and Eastern Europe

This dissertation deals with the development of the economies of Central and East Europe, which are also the new EU members. States, in the sequel of the global financial and economic crisis. In the theoretical part of, among other things, there is the issue of financial system crisis and subsequent economic recession, whic brouhgt long-term economic stagnation, substantial losses in production, consumption, investments, and foreign trade. The main dissertation shows, partly the situation in selected states of Central and East Europe before and during global financial and economic crisis, on the other, this dissertation is monitoring existing course according to basic macroeconomic characteristics of selected countries in this region. The result is a capture, valorization and subsequent summary of the macroeconomic characteristics, the analysis of Eurostat data and UNCTAD, showed the differencies between impact of financial and economy crisis on selected countries in Central and East Europe. According to the obtained data, which were analysed before 2014, it can not be said, that the economic recovery of selected countries was strong enough in order to keep all the values of macroeconomic indicators which were at levels that these countries reached before financial and economy crisis.

Analysis of the Greece Economy in Comparison with the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis assesses the economic situation of Greece and its comparison with economic of the Czech Republic. Thesis analyses the development of macroeconomic indicators in Greece and Czech Republic and for better understanding, in selected countries of the European Union.
In the theoretical part, thesis describes the individual indicators and provides information about how are the indicators measured. The analytical part deals with the Greece economy in comparison with economy of Czech Republic. The assessed period is from the year 2003 to 2015. For the comparative part of this diploma thesis, macroeconomic indicators such as GDP, inflation, unemployment, balance of trade, were used. For better view, comparison of both countries in particular indicator is followed by description of the situation for selected countries of European Union.
In the final part of the thesis, a conclusion is assessed using results from individual subchapters. Thesis concludes similarities and differences between compared countries based on development of selected indicators and country ratings.

The Diploma thesis called Communication in the selected organisation is dealing with one of the key requirements for success of every company, and that is communication. The main objective of this work is to find out and characterize topic of communication in selected organisation. In case there are found any deficits, propose recommendations for this organisation.
First, the theoretical basis is defined, that is gained mostly from reference books. It is based mostly on explanations of names connected with the word communication.
Selected organisation is characterized in the practical part. Based on synthesis of basic knowledge from the first, theoretical part, is the main goal of the research to analyse communication within the organisation. At the end of this work present proposals that would lead to more effective communication and thus leading to increased work productivity and improvement of work environment based on findings from the questionnaires and interviews.

Analysis of economy selected agricultural enterprises

The Diploma Thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic activities of some agricultural enterprises. For the assessment, the companies based in the same region were chosen ZS Dublovice, a.s. and ZS Kosova Hora, a.s. Their participation in agriculture is traditional and both companies are stable and well-working. The primary activity of ZS Dublovice, a.s. is production of electric power. In the recent years, they put emphasis on animal farming development and environmental protection. ZS Kosova Hora is distinguished by the crop farming, nevertheless the main source of livelihood is animal farming. The evaluation was made for years 2010 up 2014.
The theoretical part consists of the financial analysis, its procedure, methods, indicators and basic economic terms. The practical part is focused on characteristic of joint-stock companies, analysis of corp and animal farming, entire investments in the mentioned years and also the calculations of the financial analysis of operational outcomes using certain methods. The entire calculations are based on accounting statements and company documentation.
The conclusion of the Thesis contains appraisal of the state of economic activities, comparison of the financial situation of both companies and the forward view on the possible development, innovations or changes that would contribute to improving the situation of both companies.

Funding and Provision of Rail Transport in the Czech Republic

High quality public transport system is a hallmark of everyone from advanced European states. The existence and development of the public transport sector is significantly dependent on finance from public sources. The Czech Republic is no exception. The system of railway infrastructure in the Czech Republic constitutes the core of national transportation system with links to Central European transit system. The main objective of diploma thesis is to financial analysis of Czech Railways in the years 2005 - 2014. Czech Railways are considered the dominant carrier in the transport railway sector. Due attention is given to support from public sources, whether at the regional, national or even European level.
