Machine renewal theory in conditions of small enterprise

The primary goal of this bachelor thesis is to apply machine renewal theory in conditions of small enterprise and from results of this application derive recommendations for co-operating organisation. Secondary goal of the thesis is to observe and comment specifics of such application in mentioned conditions. Methods used to achieve primary goal are value analysis and cost analysis. Both methods are used to describe current status with emphasis on used machinery and both methods are used to evaluate alternative suggestions which are judged according to difference in expected profits compared to current profits of company. Main outputs of this thesis are two recommendations for chosen company, one of them adressing the workplace safety and risks of malfunctions, the other one dealing with the possibility of expanding business by byuing the new piece of machinery.

Thesis is separeted into two parts - theoretical and practical. Principal goals of a small publishing company business plan is to offer general overview of the company market position and to specify the market position of it's magazines. For this purpose was used SWOT, SLEPT and Porters five forces analysis and BCG matrix. Plan includes also business intents for firm's future expansion. The idea organising wine trade fairs seams profitable and could be another company's activity.

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with business plans, their components and possible uses. Various types of business plans are discussed according to the amount of details they share. The second part covers feasibility study a specific part of a business plan. A particular business plan for establishing a company concerned with consulting and sales of technical products for the oil and construction industry is considered to conclude the practical part of the thesis.

The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for a newly created construction company. The theoretical part describes in detail the structure of the business plan, the principles for a successful treatment plan and possible alternatives. The second part focuses on the description of the construction industry, its characteristics and the current market condition. The practical part is the actual business plan, whereby you can verify that it is the intention of the actual real market conditions and whether the founders of the initial investment back within a sufficiently short time.

Marketing research is the core business of the STEM/MARK, a. s. The introductory part is about the theoretical basis for analyzing processes of the marketing research company and introduction of the company. The main goals are the analysis of processes with a focus on marketing research workers in CATI studio (especially the definition of their roles in processes), identification of narrow parts of processes, description of the fundamental problems and creating corrective arrangements. Used methods are standardization of work and working time balance. In the final section are presented verifying the functionality of models and standards in practice.

Diploma thesis gives a comprehensive description of the business plan for establishing a restaurant. Specifies the steps prior to the commencement of the enterprise, from the reconstruction of space and choose the legal form of business, through the creation of marketing and business plan, to evaluate the project in terms of financing. Finally, we consider its implementation.
