The object of the bachelor thesis "Proposal of marketing mix for CK Azzurro“ is to analyze the marketing strategy of the travel agency Azzurro and make suggestions and recommendation in the given sphere of business. The first part is concerning with the different theoretical marketing approaches for creating a marketing plan. It engages in tourism, its forms, categories and its importance to the economy. The practical part deals with the travel agency Azzurro, especially its current marketing strategy focusing on tourism with characteristics of a specific segment. In the next section there are defined some data based on the previous research important for a marketing plan and finally a draft of the plan itself is formed.

This diploma thesis is a proposal of a business plan to establish private nursery in the city of Kuřim. The private nursery will be established as a limited liability company. The business plan is based on identified niche market created from insufficient capacity of public schools in the city of Kuřim. The thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part defines a business plan and its components. The following part analyzes current market situation. The very last part of the thesis suggests step by step solution towards business plan realization including financial analysis, risk assessment and risk minimizing.
