The aim of thesis "Financial assurance of public investment project" is to find a suitable way of financing public investment project for the reconstruction of the Municipal Office Řečany nad Labem, dealing with thermal insulation cladding, ceiling construction, replacing the openings and new covering. The theoretical part deals with municipal budget, structure budget and possible funding sources for the investment project. The practical part focuses on the possible ways to finance the investment project and grant programs using the most suitable option and an overall assessment of the results.

In the section dealing with theory are discused financial processes regarding the public project. The partical part deals possible ways of financing the project with a selection of the most suitable option and evaluating the results.

Options to Optimize Expenses and Revenues in a Particular Organization

Bachelor thesis is concerned on proposal of possibilities to optimize expenses and revenues in a particular organization which was chosen for this thesis.
Theoretical part of the thesis explains issues and basic terms regarding the stated topic. Further it mentions basic principles of accounting, characteristic and definition of costs and revenues, describes procedure of financial statement and closing of books.
In practical part is characterized chosen organization, its accounting methods, principals and ways of valuation and depreciation. On the basis of profit and loss accounts from year 2009 to year 2013 are in detail analysed results of economic activities and costs and revenues of this organization. As an option to optimize expenses is proposed to change electricity supplier. Proposal for optimization of revenues is lease of minibus of organization and lease of unused land which will use as a parking for caravans.

This study deals with detection of consumed plant DNA in the bodies of experimental broilers. For 27days, COBB 500 broilers were fed by fodder containing Konini wheat variety with purple pericarp or common Bohemia wheat variety. For the next 15 days, the broilers were switched to monodiet -- the fodder contained only Konini or Bohemia wheat variety. At the end of the experiment, samples of broiler blodd and excrement were taken and DNA was extracted from these samples. The extracted DNA was used as a template for polymerase chain reaction analysis (PCR). The sought-after PCR products were 558 bp and 174 bp long. Wheat DNA fragments were not detected in any of the 12 blood samples. The PCR analysis using DNA isolated from excrement samples could not be accomplished. The likely reason is that the DNA samples contain complex plant polysaccharides that inhibit PCR. The results of this study indicate that the wheat DNA was digested in the digestive system and that fragments of DNA longer that the tested 174 bp did not penetrate through epithelial cells of the digestive system to broiler blood.
