O pěstounské péči se v současné době hovoří především v souvislosti koncepce plánovaného rušení dětských domovů, posílení jejího výkonu a legislativních změn v Zákoně o sociálně právní ochraně dětí. Jedna z forem pěstounské péče je příbuzenská pěstounská péče, kdy se pěstouny stávají příbuzní dítěte. Pro dítě je výhodné, že vyrůstá v prostředí, které je mu známé, existují však i nevýhody tohoto typu náhradní rodinné péče. Má práce se zabývá pozitivy i úskalími příbuzenské pěstounské péče, a to z pohledu dítěte, pěstouna, biologického rodiče a sociálního pracovníka. Cílem práce se stalo zmapování problematiky příbuzenské pěstounské péče z pohledu sociálního pracovníka orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí v Karlovarském kraji.

Bachelor thesis "Professiogram as the basis for the creation of methodologies for social workers in health care when working with chronically ill children" deals with the capture file professional activities, requirements and conditions of health and social worker, from which can be deduced further demands on the professionalism of personality worker and the eventual design methodologies. The theoretical part deals with the issue of chronic disease in children, including its impact on the daily life of the child, and social work in health care and the efficiency of the health status of the client that influence disease got into a difficult situation. The practical part of using qualitative research methods, interview, time frame and adding the methods of critical events created profesiogram social worker in health care. Job Profile Diagrams of Personal Assistant / Consultant to Person with Mental Disability as the Basis for Training Programs

The aim of this thesis was to compare two positions in one particular organization with the help of an analytical job diagram that has characterized these posts in depth and structure, and to define the requirements and demands on both positions in turn summarizing information useful in the context of training programs or finding suitable staff for these positions . The thesis is focused on a detailed analysis of the activities of a personal assistant and consultant , including claims of mental , physical and other disabilities. The theoretical part deals with the subject of mental disability in general with emphasis on specific education and communication, that are key to promoting independent and complacent people with intellectual disabilities. Furthermore, the theoretical part provides basic information about the above-mentioned organization and the methods they use when dealing with these issues, the output of which is shown in the job diagram. This thesis is based also on work experience in Fose , o.p.s, as a personal assistant.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to develop professiogram as the basis for further training of social workers in low- threshold centers for drug addicts. Bachelor thesis maps the workload of social workers in low threshold centers for drug addicts, in especially ordinary activities, their frequency, level of stress, challenging situations, their frequency. Find out what requirements are imposed on a worker within the meaning of mental and physical endurance, what the demands placed on teamwork, cooperation with other organizations, qualification and knowledge successful completion of the profession, the need for support staff in the exercise of their profession and continuing education, etc. Based on the information is drawn professiogram social worker in the low threshold center for drug users. The diploma thesis named "Dilemmas of social workers during assessing of educational methods in families with lower elementary school age children". The goal of the thesis is find to the answer: "Which dilemmas deal social workers during assessing of educational methods in families with lower elementary school age children? ". The theoretical part of this thesis describes the social work with families, its development and dilemmas that each can bring social work. It also deals with the family and its development. It also focuses on inadequate educational styles in the family that may affect child development. The practical part is focused on the process of assessing families. Thanks to the semi- structured interviews with social workers are trying to map this difficult process and dilemmas that social workers in this work can be experienced.

(in English) This bachelor thesis is devoted to the causes of placement of children in facilities for immediate assistance. It emphasizes the essential importance of family and family life on child development, and defines and evaluates the family function. It also addresses the most frequent causes of placement of children in facilities for immediate assistance and assesses the impact on children's development. The main practical section focuses on an analysis of the causes of placement of children in the facility for immediate assistance "Fond ohrožených dětí" from 2008 to 2014. The thesis concludes with a comparison of causes at the regional level.

An evaluation of social workers in the Department of Social and Legal Protection for Children from the perspective of fathers and mothers in a situation of divorce

This work is focused on the interaction between social workers and parents of children who are under the control of the Department of Social and Legal Protection for Children (OSPOD) due to situations of parental relationship breakdown. The object of the work is an analysis of complaints made by fathers and mothers. The aim is to develop recommendations which will help social workers improve problematic relationships with parents and result in increased cooperation towards common goals. The work is divided into two parts. Firstly, a general part based on the historical context of social and legal protection of children, important basic information about OSPOD, competencies, rights and obligations of social workers. The divorce and subjects who are connected with that are also mentioned. Secondly, a practical part presenting the analysis of online complaints from internet discussion forums. These complaints are categorized and compared between fathers and mothers. Recommendations for social workers are based on the complaints' analysis, on interviews with social workers speaking about methods used in OSPOD and on comments made by parents who were given space to suggest their own comments about changes they would like to see in the behaviour of social workers. Respit service for foster carers

The broad aim of this thesis is to consider the issues of foster care, specifically a foster parents' need for holidays. The aim is to discuss why legislation regarding holidays for foster parents was needed and to see what options are available for foster parents in the Pardubice region. The work first describes the above considerations, then the practical element, offering a view of the three parties working in this field. Research was conducted to examine foster parent's views on the ways in which both government and non-governmental organizations work. Based on the research conducted it is possible to understand the views of foster parents and their legal right to holiday and to look at the work of social-legal protection of children in this area and find out what respite services and education are offered by NGOs in the Pardubice region.
