Modelling and HIL Simulation of Vehicle Boot Door Control
Musil, Filip ; Matějásko, Michal (referee) ; Brablc, Martin (advisor)
This diploma thesis focuses on an analysis, a model creation and simulations of a car boot door mechanism. The problem was analyzed on the basis of real measurements made on three different vehicles. Based on the measurements, computational models describing the real system at different levels of complexity were created. Matlab/Simulink was used to create and calculate the models. The output of the thesis is the simulator of a car boot door which also includes simplified model of a control unit. The simulator should provide an approximation of current and kinematic quantities of these mechanisms. The model is implemented on dSPACE platform that allows real-time simulations. The simulator can be modified in terms of changing the parameters of the mechanism and modifying some of its results.
3D scanner
Vrbičanová, Antónia ; Matějásko, Michal (referee) ; Spáčil, Tomáš (advisor)
The Bachelor Thesis deals with the creation of the 3D-scanner using webcam, laser, stepper motor, and Python programming language. The main goal of this work is to determine the accuracy and repeatability of the planar measurement using piece of the aluminum block by using specific methods of the image processing. By enhancement of measurement algorithm and stepper motor the coordinates of individual points a sample object are gained. It is possible to create a model in STL format from points coordinates using MashLab software.
Real-time visualization of magnetic field vectors
Kaplan, Tomáš ; Vejlupek, Josef (referee) ; Matějásko, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and realization of a device for a real-time vizualization of magnetic eld vectors. The information about magnetic eld is obtained by magnetic flux density sensors. Outcoming data from sensors are processed in microcontroller and then sent to a personal computer where they are vizualizated. The goal is to visualize the magnetic ux density in meaningul form.
Photopolymer length variation measurement
Novotný, Jan ; Vejlupek, Josef (referee) ; Matějásko, Michal (advisor)
This thesis deals with development of a special measuring device designed to measure changes in lenght of a photoactuation polymer. The length of a sample of the polymer shortens by tenths of a milimetre by being lit by intensive light. The sample has to be preloaded by force. The data are processed by designed electronics and recorded in a computer in a utility application, developed for this purpose. The thesis is realized in cooperation with the Centre of polymer systems of the Tomas Bata Univerzity in Zlín.
Design of a fault-tolerant control system for a self-balancing two-wheel vehicle
This project is about creating a smart home station that will control its external peripherals. The station will communicate with the camera and sensors, download the necessary data from internet, and communicate with the cloud, where are the calculations made.
The detection of the rotation direction of a fuel pump
Matějásko, Michal ; Vejlupek, Josef (referee) ; Grepl, Robert (advisor)
This thesis describes the design and commissioning of a device for detection of the rotation direction of a DC fuel pump. The rotation direction is calculated on the basis of change of magnetic field during its movement. Detection of the rotation direction will be applied in manufacture at possible supply cables confusion testing. Thesis is carried out in cooperation with industrial partner.
Testing of low power microcontroller with integrated analog circuits
Kurzov, Kirill ; Matějásko, Michal (referee) ; Chalupa, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deal with testing of low power microcontroller with integrated analog circuits. It describes the program for measurement with RTD, which is a part of the printed circuit board, thermocouple and external PT100 sensor. The code is writen with an optimization of a measure circuit due to minimisation of the current consumption.
Detekce osob v obraze pomocí Raspberry Pi
Svoboda, Lukáš ; Appel, Martin (referee) ; Matějásko, Michal (advisor)
This thesis describes the detection of people in the image using camera devices with focus on using a Raspberry Pi minicomputer. There were created algorithms processing image data and containing algorithms, which are able to distiguish whether it is incoming or outcoming person. Another role of these softwares is to send data to the ThingSpeak platform, where charts are made from the data. The detectors of people are based on Optical flow and ACF - Aggregate Channel features methods. All software was created in the development environment MATLAB/Simulink.
Control of Magnetic Levitation Educational Model
Bednařík, Josef ; Brablc, Martin (referee) ; Matějásko, Michal (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the modelling and control of the magnetic levitation CE 152 laboratory plant, which is specific in its nonlinearity and unstability. Firstly, all parts of the system are described by mathematical equations, which are the basis of the modelling of simulation model created in MATLAB/Simulink. Estimation of parameters is tackled by using the various of experiments and simulation’s model is validated with the real magnetic levitation system. Main body of the paper is focused on description and aplication of control on simulation’s and real model. It is realized by PID regulator, state regulator and feedforward regulator. In the last part of the thesis, the results are evaluated and compared among the all methods of control.
