Violent criminality focused on bullying
MARYŠKA, Jakub
The theme of this bachelor thesis is Violent Criminality with a Focus on Bullying. It is focused on characterizing legal, social and criminogenic aspects of bullying, to analyzing the frequency of occurrence of aggressive behavior of pupils and students of selected schools in them municipality with extended powers Soběslav. The theoretical part defines basic terms such as aggression, bullying, aggressor, perpetrator and victim, brings knowledge about the history and legal regulation of bullying. It also describes factors that influence the emergence of aggressive behaviour. Within phenomenology the thesis deals with the current state, structure and dynamics of criminal acts related to bullying based on data obtained from the statistics of the Police of the Czech Republic. The application part is based on primary data obtained from an anonymous questionnaire survey conducted at selected primary and secondary schools in the municipality Soběslav. In this section, three hypotheses have been set about the frequency of aggression within different age categories, form of aggressive behaviour and bullying latency. It has been found that aggression between pupils and students increases at a certain age. The prevailing form of aggression is verbal as expected. However, the latency of aggressive behaviour is lower than expected. The results of the survey were compared with the results of police analyzes, which indirectly confirm the findings. The results of own survey were compared with the results of police analyzes, which indirectly confirm the findings. The benefit of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the given issue in the given territory. Furthermore, it can serve as an auxiliary study material in the study of social and legal areas. The thesis can also serve as information source for the staff of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic and other subjects dealing with the pathological behaviour of young people.
Options for psychophysical development in primary school children
Klika, Petr ; Maryška, Jan (advisor) ; Herbenová, Alena (referee)
This bachelor`s thesis describes options and methods for the psycho-physical development of primary school children as well as techniques for facilitating such development. The goal is to share the author's theoretical and practical approach to the topic. Practice directs our attention to perception and movement leads to our ability to develop. We learn how to improve basic body principles.

This final report summarizes the progress of work and results for the whole period of the project. The subject is modelling of tasks within the project Decovalex-2015, development of Flow123d software, and preparation of documents for its standardization using the comparison results with foreign teams. TUL team participated in Task C1 (THMC processes in a single fracture) using the software Geochemist’s Workbench and their own tool TrAper for connecting chemistry and deformation and Task C2 (flow and transport in the vicinity of the tunnel Bedřichov) using Flow123d software. Task C2 also includes the formulation of the assignment and coordination of the solution of other teams. The ÚGN team participated in Task A, focusing on saturation of bentonite seals in clay rock and closing the gap, with the help of the COMSOL Multiphysics software. The outputs are the joint report by international teams and papers in a special issue of a journal. The developed models and lessons learned contribute to the ability to predict phenomena in the deep geological repository. Another result is a set of documents for the Flow123d software. All of which are attached to the report as attachments.

Optimization of sport horses nutrition
MARYŠKA, Jan
This thesis deals with sport horse feeding. Suitable horse nutrition is essential for healthy and correct development of the whole horse organism. Every horse is different regarding its characteristics, work load, age, and health condition and therefore it is necessary to approach individually to its feeding. To set an optimal feeding batch so that it meets all requirements on energy, nutrients, and the right ratio of minerals and vitamins is not easy. The aim of this thesis is to analyse feeding practice in a stud farm focusing on feeding batches of sport horses. The work is divided into a theoretical part including basic descriptions of the horse digestive system, nutrients, and horse forage, and a practical part including the methodology used for the analysis, the description of the analysis when the forage used in the stud farm was compared with recommended optimal nutritious values for horses using appropriate software. The special attention is paid to the content of selenium in the feeding batches and its supplementation to horses with a deficit of this element. The thesis conclusion summarises findings of the conducted analysis together with a recommendation of optimal feeding of the horses in question.
