Analysis of the Municipality Management Čejč

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of management and finance territorial autonomy units and the evaluation of the municipality management in Čejč. The first part of the work is focused on teoretical resoures of the community, budgetary system and the budget of the municipality. The second part deals with basic charakteristic municipality Čejč and analytics her managament. In the third part there are distcribed ideas for the economy improvements of situation and oppotrunities, where the municipality could obtain grants for further development.

Subjective poverty line in Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis deals with the importance of measuring subjective poverty for social work and social policy and points to its connection with the quality of life of individuals and families. The work seeks to clearly show the benefits of direct impacts, vie subjective measurement of the poverty in comparison with the measurement of objective and interdisciplinary context in sociology and social work. Through professional research, it evaluates how social work contributes to solution contemporary social problems. It shows how research on the subjective perception of the poverty can benefit in this regard. This thesis finds out how measuring subjective poverty helps determine the client's needs. The case study shows that the acceptance of an individual way of perceiving a difficult social situation by a client, so contributes to the effectiveness of assistance. The professional contributions included, among other things, point to the impact of poverty on the children's lives and illustrate the new social risks that are constantly evolving. Professional recommendation and further research are the possibilities of improving the methods of social work and their further development. Enantioselective separation of certain analytes using supercritical fluid chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography

(EN) Cellulose tris-(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate) chiral stationary phase was used for separation of selected 24 analytes. Enantioseparations were realized using two systems, high performance liquid chromatography and supercritical fluid chromatography. Effect of mobile phase composition was studied. Five different aditives (isopropylamine, diethylamine, triethylamine, trifluoroacetic acid, isopropylamine combined with trifluoroacetic acid) and their influence on enantioseparation were tested. Influence of two different modifiers (methanol, propan-2-ol) combined with all aditives was also tested in supercritical fluid chromatography system. The aim of this work was to find optimized composition of mobile phase which was suitable for separation of the analytes studied and to compare separation potential among all mobile phases and also between used separations systems. The supercritical fluid chromatography was shown to yield better results, i.e. better resolution in shorter analysis time. However examples of analytes better resolved under optimized conditions in high performance liquid chromatography system have also been found. The Diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial health of the company and proposals for improvement. The presented thesis is focused on the theoretical basic of financial analysis methods and analysis of the internal end external business environment. In this thesis is followed up space of the basic characteristics of the selected company. The focus of this thesis consists in the analysis management of company through above methods. In the thesis is also introduced the proposals to improve the financial situation of company.
