The design of a mobile crawler undercarriage for transport mechine

First part of this bachelor's thesis deals with the review of delta undercarriage for mobile crawlers with four delta crawler undercarriage. The text discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this approach. The second part of this work is aimed on the construction of such delta carriage with a maximum load of 5000 kg. The carriage is designed as modular to be able to be easily replaced. This basic concept was followed by precise mechanical design and the construction was supported by the basic mechanical computations of important parts. Detailed three-dimensional model of the undercarriage was performed in the Autodesk Inventor 2015 software.

Diploma thesis "Diversification of export infrastructure in European direction as a basis for strengthening energy security of the Russian Federation " are focused on Russian approach to the realization of energy infrastructure projects at first in European export direction. These thesis analyze current state of play of key Russian infrastructure projects in oil as well as gas sector and tray to point out all consequences connected with completion of this new infrastructure, which may affect current supply scheme for Europe, particularly for its central and eastern part. The Diploma thesis are based on large scale of literature and sources as well as on autor's personal experiences with functioning of energy sector of Russia an other CIS countries.

The analysis of the cyclically adjusted budget balance

The thesis analyzes the cyclically adjusted budget balance on the data of the Czech Republic between 2004 and 2014. There is a big demand to consolidate public finances and the aim of this study is to assess whether this appropriate indicator is convenient to achieve the fiscal responsibility of individual countries. At first, the CAB is estimated by using the method of the European Commission, it is called a production approach on the basis of Article Denis, Morrow, Roger (2002). The work is also based on the article written by Bezděk, Dyczak , Krejdl (2003), which compares the OECD method with the ESCB method. Afterwards the calculation is performed by a modified procedure, using the Hodrick-Prescott filter instead of the production function to estimate potential output. The analysis shows the complexity of the estimation of the parameter which is given by great demands on the input data and arbitrariness. The CAB is discussed not only methodologically but also in its practical use in the context of the economic situation in Europe.
