Soňa Marečková Opponent: Name of the bachelor thesis: Compensation exercise for one-sided profession Subtitle: Medic Pathologist Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with the possibility of application of autotherapy to a selected group of workers whose work is carried out in forced positions. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the problems of spinal pathology including anatomy, ki- nesiology and ergonomics of sitting and standing are discussed. The basic characteris- tics of the therapeutic methods, which are used in the practical part, are also given. The practical part includes a case report of one selected patient representing the category of physicians of pathologists, for which, according to the information provi- ded, an exercise plan was made. After a two-month therapeutic intervention, the applicability of this type of therapy to a given range of workers was assessed. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to create educational material for use in the prevention or to compensate for already created health problems in a given group of doctors due to workload. BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE V AJ Author: Anna Yevnevich Supervisor: MUDr. Karla Kotková Opponent: Title of bachelor thesis: Pain and possibilities of physiotherapy influence. Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with pain in the elderly and possibilities of physiotherapy influence on it. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The aim of this work is to summarize theoretical information about pain, its treatment and to compare the effect of two therapeutic methods (sokol and tai-chi exercises), what will determine the physiotherapy influence on pain of elderly people. The theoretical part includes description of the pain, its classification, physiology and various methods of its treatment. I also described old age and physiological changes of the organism that related to it. The practical part deals with settled objectives, detecting and comparing the effects of two therapeutic methods. I used a semistructured interview to collect data, that were compiled into synaptic charts. After the data were collected for my research, the results have been analyzed and evaluated. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first chapter of the theoretical part is focused on motor developement of healthy child. The second chapter is about the metod of reflective locomotion - about it's characteristic, goals, princip and progress. The third chapter describe diagnostics, therapy and also importance of good comunication among parent and child.In the practical part I want to use the method of research. 1 Title of bachelor thesis: The incidence of vertebral problems, for doctors, nurses, caregivers and technicians, design of physiotherapy intervention a subjective approach to working with a physical therapist Abstract: Bachelor thesis devoted to the topic of vertebrogenic difficulties with health staff, specifically with the group of doctors, nurses, caregivers and laboratory technicians, and closer to exploring their subjective approach to the cooperation with a physiotherapist. The theoretical part is focused on description of the anatomy and kinesiology of the axial body, also on biomechanics and disc plate. A separate chapter consists of the deep stabilization system and the next chapter focuses on the issue of vertebrogenic difficulties and their treatment. The first part of the practical part consists of research in the form of a questionnaire survey, which points to the frequency of occurrence of back pain in health personnel. Selected twelve of the respondents from each group of doctors, nurses, caregivers and laboratory technician. Compared are as individual respondents, or groups between themselves. The second part contains three case reports of patients with back pain.
