Title: Evaluation of the effect of the DNS FIT KID exercise program on preschool children Objectives: Assessment of the effect of the DNS FIT KID exercise program on preschool children with the secondary goal of building an optimal spinal stabilization system and thus influencing faulty posture. Methods: For this theses, 18 children (boys and girls) from kindergarten aged 3 to 6 years were selected. Aspection (gaze standing assessment), motor skills testing using the MABC-2 kit and DNS FIT KID (DNS tests and assessment of basic motor skills) were used to collect measurement data. DNS FIT KID exercise program was implemented and applied in the group. Results: When comparing the input and output results of the group, using the DNS FIT KID exercise program, a significant number of probands experienced a complete disappearance or improvement of the observed deviations in most of the monitored parameters. This fact therefore indicates a positive effect of the use of the DNS FIT KID programme for preschool children. Author: Lucie Seidlová Title of the bachelor's thesis: Comparison of methods using balance boards and neurocentric approach in restoring stability after ankle distortion in aerobic gymnastics Supervisor: Mgr. Markéta Křivánková Year of the presentation: 2023 Objectives: To compare the results of available studies using balance boards and neurocentric approach in restoring stability and to explain their principles. Methods: Search of Czech and foreign literature using the FTVS library, PubMed, Google Scholar and ScienceDirect. The practical part uses a method of comparison. Results: The effectiveness of balance boards in restoring stability after ankle distortion has been demonstrated in several studies. On the other hand, its influence is questioned by two of the selected studies which did not show any positive results from using balance boards on stability. Some of the results have been evaluated by questionnaires or stability measurements on an unstable surface, so it is not possible to determine exactly whether the use of balance aids improves stability on a stable surface and is therefore appropriate when returning to sport. The research looking at the neurocentric approach has predominantly been conducted on probands with CNS disorder or injury, so it is not proven exactly what results would...

Title: Kinesiophobia, her predictors and consequences in selected chronic diseases - theoretical review Objectives: To review the issue of the occurrence of kinesophobia in various chronic diseases and to identify its predictors. Methods: The diploma thesis was prepared in the form of a literature search using electronic resources of the National Medical Library, the Central Physical Education Library and professional databases Pubmed, EBSCO, SCORPUS, Medline, Web of Science. The first half of the work summarized all the theoretical background and knowledge of kinesophobia and selected chronic diseases. The second half was focused on the processing of the issue of kinesophobia in selected chronic diseases and on the mapping of their predictors. Results: Based on the processing of available resources dealing with the issue of kinesophobia in selected chronic diseases, a comprehensive overview was created. In patients with chronic low back pain, high levels of kinesophobia were most often associated with chronic pain, functional impairment associated with the disease, obesity, low levels of education, and emotional states (anxiety, depression). In coronary heart disease, high levels of kinesophobia were associated with a lack of understanding of the need for physical activity, social support,...

Title: Change of life quality in people undergoing the organized reduction program Objective: The work objective is to find out a possible change of life quality after undergoing a three-month reduction course which consists of aerobic exercise and circuit training, as well as group work under the guidance of an instructor. Methods: The data will be collected through the SF36 questionnaire. In the first phase of the project, the course participants will fill out a questionnaire which will be handed over to them before the commencement of the reduction program. In the second part of the project, the participants will fill out the same questionnaire after undergoing the course. Subsequently, I will analyse the results and assess the success rate of the program. Method - questionnaire survey. Results: After undergoing a three-month reduction program, there were positive changes in quality of life. The effectiveness of the influence of the three-month reduction programme is seen primarily in the improvement of the psychological side of the individual. I find the lack of this study in a small set of probands, so I do not consider the results could be generalised. Keywords: Obesity, physical activity, BMI, weight loss, methods of treating obesity
