Design of learning and equipment module using AI on Raspberry PI and Intel Movidius platform
Macko, Tomáš ; Richter, Miloslav (referee) ; Janáková, Ilona (advisor)
This bachelors thesis describes the process of implementing trained neural network model to AI accelerator - Intel Movidius. The first chapter is about machine learning and computer vision theory. The second chapter describes the options which can be chosen for programming of convolutional neural networks as programming language or related libraries which suit the most. The third and fourth chapters are highly connected. They describe the whole process of hardware installation and troubleshooting of software issues during installation. The next chapter shows previews of images, which are used as data input for neural network. Next pages describe used scripts and models of neural networks which were created from scratch. The last chapters are all about measured datas during the training or testing of neural networks and its evaluation.
Validation of the screening method Emotion Thermometers in chronic pain patients
Macko, Tomáš ; Raudenská, Jaroslava (advisor) ; Bezdíček, Ondřej (referee)
The primary goal of this work is to validate the visual analog screening scale Emotion Thermometer (ET) in patients with chronic non-cancer lower back pain. In addition, the work aimed to verify the presumed relationships of clinically significant anxiety, its related concepts and depression with chronic pain and to explore which factors predict decrease in level of function and presence of psychiatric diagnosis according to MINI in patients with chronic pain. In the first chapter, the theoretical part of the thesis deals with the description of the ET tool and a systematic overview of validation and empirical studies. The second chapter focuses on mapping the relationships between stable affective components of ET (distress, anxiety, depression, anger) and chronic pain. The empirical part of the work has a quantitative design and is realized in the form of observational analytical cross-sectional study, in which two hundred and eighty-one patients hospitalized at the Department of Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine of the 2nd Faculty of Medicine at Charles University and at the University Hospital in Motol participated. Participants of the study underwent a clinical examination in the form of an interview and a questionnaire survey. 16 % of the participants met the MINI criteria for major...

High School Teachers' Teaching Styles and Possibilities of Their Detection
Macko, Tomáš ; Gillernová, Ilona (advisor) ; Morávková Krejčová, Lenka (referee)
For the needs of research and measurement in pedagogical-psychological practice, different categories of approaches are constructed as to grasp the teacher's interaction and interaction in the educational context. The presented work approaches the understanding of characteristics of student and high school teacher interaction through the prism of educational styles. The aim of the theoretical part is to define and map various approaches and models of educational styles, to present essential characteristics and their importance in the educational process. After defining approaches, work is being developed to identify educational styles. The design of a quantitative research project is aimed at identifying high school teachers education styles through the QTI (Questionnaire on Teacher Interaction). The mapping project is aimed at investigating the real impact of teachers on the basis of their self-reflection and reflection of students through a questionnaire survey. At the same time, the project aims to submit the obtained data to a comparison of both views of the participants in the educational process. Keywords: diagnostics, high school teacher, educational style, teaching style, Questionnaire on Teacher Interaction (QTI)
