Nursery school teachers information about family.

The aim of this work is to find out how the teachers in kindergartens are informed about a child´d family. I wanted to discover which information are nowadays for teachers the most important. This work describes methods of communication between schools and families and ways that teachers use to detect the information. Simultaneously I ask if there is not violated the privacy of these families. The bachelor work consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical one is focused on the rules of a family and wants to draw a line between a complete and one-parent family. The work concerns of the teacher´s personality, his/her qualities, character and temperament. The topic of communication, its functions and application is also elaborated here. The practical part brings the result of the qualitative research, where the teacher´s information about families was found out. My survey was realized as an interview with ten teachers and the result can illustrate, by the way, the relationships between teachers and families and a preference of information about child´s health. As the benefits of this work there are presented teachers´ results which relate to information about child´s family. This problem is solved here because of demographic changes (divorce rate, unmarried couples, etc.) The family has undoubtedly great influence on a child and teachers should be informed about it. These problems are described in this work from one point of view.
