The control of new technologies in welding of packaging materials for the food industry

The main task of the thesis is the practical verification of the ultrasonic sealing method for producing bags with a higher probability of goods in the sealing area. Most of the work deals with programming a block for the overall operation of an ultrasonic generator. Part of the solution is creation of visualization of the generator user interface. The last part is designing and implementing a reporting system to help customers get production data.

This work was created as a support for teaching at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Brno University of Technology at the Institute of Automation and Computer Science for the study of Programmable automatic machines. The aim of this work was to acquaint with the models of EDU-mod system, Mitsubishi FX3U-32M programmable automatic machine and the GX IEC Developer 7.01 development environment, then to create the sample settings with the tasks controlling elaboration and to verify their functionality by PLC consequently.

Promotion of Innovative Entrepreneurship in Czechia: the Role of Science and Technology Parks

Czechia seeks to respond to the challenges coming with the development of knowledge-based economy. It builds up innovation infrastructure with the aim of filling the gap between research institutions and application sector, especially private firms. Tools lowering the barriers for the diffusion of technological progress include science and technology parks (STP). STP operate as a platform interconnecting actors involved in the innovation process, they initiate a knowledge transfer and provide specialized business services, all aimed at developing innovative entrepreneurship and research commercialization. Flood of new STP in Czechia draws attention to their particular characteristics and their efficiency. An extensive survey analyzes the role of Czech STP in innovative entrepreneurship development. The evaluation consists of two levels. The first describes the strategic profile of each of the parks and search for common characteristics. The other observes innovation activity of tenant firm separately for the period before and after joining the STP. In addition, the thesis discusses socio-economic context from which innovation infrastructure originates, and factors influencing its efficiency. Assets in the insolvency proceeding

The thesis focuses on the concept of assets, which represents one of the most basic and most important notions of the insolvency law. Assets within the meaning of the Insolvency Act are intended to satisfy the debtor's creditors. The correct finding and recording of the relevant assets and the and the following stages of the insolvency proceedings have a crucial impact on the level of satisfaction that will be given to the debtor's creditors. Step by step, the present thesis introduces to the reader the legal regulation of the most important legal terms related to the insolvency assets. Starting with the definition of the term assets to the inventory phase, where the relevant assets are recorded. In the context of this phase, the thesis addresses the duty of co-operation by the debtor in the insolvency proceedings. The thesis continues to deal with the inventory of the insolvency assets, including the asset valuation. Not even the description of the possibilities of defending the wrong classification of the property in the inventory of assets is missing. The next chapter, in turn, deals with the handling and management of insolvency assets by the insolvency administrator. Monetary satisfaction as a legal tool for the protection of personal rights in civil law

This Master Thesis deals with institute of monetary satisfaction as a legal tool for the protection of personality under civil law. The aim of this thesis is to give a comprehensive explanation of the Institute of monetary satisfaction. This work uses descriptive and analytical method. The work is composed of six chapters; each chapter is dividend in several subchapters. The right of personality protection is a fundamental right of every individual that guarantees his or her dignified existence and free development in society. The Czech Republic provides a modern legal regime for the protection of personality since 1990, when the Civil Code has been amended. Protection of personality is regulated by the Civil Code in sections 11 to 16. In Section 13, the Civil Code expressly grants four types of civil tools for protection of personality - the right of retention, the right to restitution and the right to adequate satisfaction that can take either moral or material form. In serious cases of violations of personality rights, the monetary satisfaction is the only sufficient and therefore effective and fair remedy for the immaterial injury on personality of affected person that has been caused by the unlawful interference into his or her personality. The Posttraumatic Growth of the Paramedics

This master thesis follows up the topic of posttraumatic growth of paramedics. The first part clarifies the concept of posttraumatic growth and factors which influence the process of growth that is following the trauma. The most substantial models of posttraumatic growth are also included. A paramedic as a profession is described, too. In this part, requirements for paramedics and possible intervences often used to handle with the stressful event. The empiric part deals with the relationship between posttraumatic growth and coping strategies among paramedics. A use of positive coping strategies is a possible way how to reach a higher level of post traumatic growth. The questionnaires PTGI and SVF 78 are used in the research to detect the level of posttraumatic growth achieved and the coping strategy that is used by the participants. The questionnaire PTGI detects the change in five areas: relationships with other people, stregths, new opportunities, change in spiritual areas and understanding of life. The research shows positive corelation between the level of posttraumatic growth and following coping strategies: control of situation, control of reactions and positive self- instruction.
