E-shop brands perception when shopping on the internet and evaluation of brand Alza.cz

The aim of this thesis is to map and analyze Czech internet environment with regard to the perception of e-shop brands and shopping behavior when online shopping. A sub-goal is to find the key factors and trends in purchase decisions of Czech consumers on the internet and compare its roles with role of e-shop brands. The secondary objective of this work is to make brand evaluation of Czech e-shop Alza.cz. Analysis of available secondary data and own primary market research survey via the internet have been done as a part of this thesis. Three hypotheses have been identified and tested. Recommendations based on the research outcomes have been formulated for e-shops operating on the Czech online market as well as concrete recommendations for e-shop Alza.cz.

The theoretical section defines basic marketing terms related to the topic and sets the basis for the practical applications. The practical section contains situational analysis and a marketing strategy proposal including mission statement, target groups and formulation of marketing goals.
Social networking as a form of commercial presentation of companies

Commercial usage of social networking is one of the most discussed topic in marketing these days. There are two general ways how to use social network -- to built communities of social networks' users and to advertise in classic display advertising. Czech companies do not place social network to their communication mix so often as foreign ones. They still have to learn how to create the most effective strategy and how to communicate with users. The most important is the activity and interaction. Only then the campaign can reach the communication goals.

Práce se zabývá reklamou na Internetu a spamy. Teoretická část rozebírá jednotlivé formy reklam na Internetu, popisuje problém spammingu a snaží se poradit, jak proti němu bojovat. Praktická část je věnována vyhodnocení dotazníku, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jaké zkušenosti, názory, postoje a informace mají běžní uživatelé Internetu.
