Webpage as digital evidence
Rezek, Jan ; Míšek, Jakub (referee) ; Harašta, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of securing websites as electronic evidence. It focuses on the analysis of legal regulations and decision-making practice concerning electronic evidence, and on this basis identifies the requirements for its preservation and securing. The thesis also examines the role of hashing functions in maintaining the integrity and authenticity of such evidence. As a result, a tool is designed and implemented for the retrieval and preservation of evidence-quality web content that is consistent with the identified requirements.
Proposal for a Non-binding Online Dispute Resolution System
Váňa, Vojtěch ; Míšek, Jakub (referee) ; Loutocký, Pavel (advisor)

Open Data of justice.cz and ARES
Mikyska, Daniel ; Loutocký, Pavel (referee) ; Míšek, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with public sector information, especially open data. It describes their definition, conditions, legislation and mandatory entities that are obliged to create this data. The next section deals with possible obstacles that may arise when opening, or reusing, open data. The protection of privacy and personal data is described the most. It states here what personal data is, how their processing is defined and who is the controller of personal data. In the last part, this work deals with the practical part, which aims to show how the basic way to use open data in a simple web application.
Paintball 3D for Symbian

The work describes techniques of software rendering of threedimensional scene, vector animation and managing and representation of used data. Realization of simple artificial intelligence or multiplayer support is described too. All these features are implemented in attached application.
HTML diff
Novák, Ladislav ; Kopecký, Michal (advisor) ; Míšek, Jakub (referee)
Title: HTML Diff Author: Ladislav Novák Department: Department of software engineering Supervisor: RNDr. Michal Kopecký, Ph.D. Supervisor's e-mail address: Michal.Kopecky@mff.cuni.cz Abstract: This thesis describes both design and implementation of the application, able to compare HTML files and show their differences. The program allows comparing files on the source code level as well as on the visual appearance level, where more different notations can result in the same shown HTML page. Found differences are understandably presented to the user using HTML format. The application allows easy further development due to its modularity. Keywords: Compare, Html, Diff, Differences
IntelliSense Implementation of a Dynamic Language
Míšek, Jakub ; Zavoral, Filip (advisor) ; Parízek, Pavel (referee)
In the context of computer programming, the importance of computer assistance is being understood by many developer communities. Developers are e.g. using the same well known expressions or searching method signatures in library documentations. Code sense or IntelliSense methods make most of these actions unnecessary because they serve the available useful information directly to the programmer in a completely automated way. Recently, with the increased focus of the industry on dynamic languages a problem emerges - the complete knowledge on the source code is postponed until the runtime, since there may be ambiguous semantics in the code fragment. As a part of the Phalanger project the methods for syntax and semantic analysis of the dynamic code were designed, especially targeted for the PHP programming language. These methods produce a list of valid possibilities which can be then used on a specified position in the source code; such as declarations, variables and function parameters. This collected information can be also used to a fine-grained syntax highlighting.
Risk Management in Personal Data Protection
Voskárová, Anna ; Myška, Matěj (referee) ; Míšek, Jakub (advisor)
The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of the risk management in the context of personal data protection in the course of the implementation of their processing. Concerning the theoretical background, based on the explanation of relevant parts of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the own methodology for risk management in personal data protection is presented. The thesis also attempts at interpretation of some general expressions, understanding of which is indispensable for the specification of the main issue, such as a risk and the process of risk management itself. The practical output of this bachelor thesis is a web application providing the determination of the severity of the risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects in the process of the general risk assessment for personal data processing operations.
Personal Data and Anonymisation
Kajánková, Petra ; Loutocký, Pavel (referee) ; Míšek, Jakub (advisor)
The Bachelor thesis focuses mainly on the issue of personal data and their anonymisation. The theoretical part specifies valid Czech and European legislative documents and also introduces the issue of anonymisation. It presents also various anonymisation methods (Pseudonymisation, Anonymisation) which can be used to create anonymized data. The practical part of this thesis is a program which is able to fulfill the requirements based on European law on a specific dataset. Outgoing „personal" data from the attached program are no longer taken as personal data.
Design of an electronic document management system
Mlčáková, Kristýna ; Míšek, Jakub (referee) ; Loutocký, Pavel (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis deals with the problematics of the electronic documents, especially in the area of their archiving. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The analysis of the electronic document position in the Czech legal environment is a significant and essential part of the thesis. The analysis is included in the theoretical part of the thesis. Based on the theoretical knowledge, we created an application for the electronic document management system, which is the subject of the practical part of the bachelor's thesis. The application itself represents a repository in the accordance with § 562 paragraph 2 of the Civil Code.
