Paper treat especially of financing of housing and concentrate on possible access of achievement of this aim. It has three main and major parts. In the first part I devote to general characteristic of life insurance and hers types. I state the connection of life insurance with the mortgage. In the second and the most extensive part I deal with financing of housing and mainly with credit. Exhaustively I take apart realm of credits from building saving and mortgage loan. In the final analysis I deal with summary and display of importance of existence of life instance in connection with financing of housing.

This bachelor work is focused on the problems of financing of housing needs. There is dedicated space to a short definition of housing needs, in the first chapter. The second chapter searches tools of housing financing in detail, building savings and mortgages. The last chapter contains analytical section. It focuses on interest rate and progress of agreed loans. This bachelor work acquaints readers with main aspects, conveniences and disadvantages. The purpose is also referring to questions of currently legislature, which is in many respects too restrictive.

Life insurance and its role in dealing with people's financial security in old age

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is the role of life insurance in dealing with people's financial security in old age. The first part of the thesis applies to demographics and aging of population. The following section describes the state pension system, its pillars, weaknesses and possible solutions. The second part concerns life insurance itself. It focuses on the definition of the life insurance, its advantages and categorizations. Chapters of three types of the life insurance follow -- namely the pensionary life insurance, the investment life insurance and the capital life insurance. I will outline suitable reinsures and dissimilarities to another types of products offered in financial and capital markets. At the end I will characterize trends and the future of the life insurance in the Czech Republic.

The analysis of the mortagage trends in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia

This bachelor work is primarily focused on mortgage trends in the Czech Republic. In the first part of the work a mortgage is defined, also its brief history, processing, obtaining, paying, each providers, types and forms of state assistances. In the second part the mortgage market in the Czech Republich is described from the begining of providing to the present and also some market determinants which influence the trend. Then it is focused on the origin and the trend of a hypothecary crisis in the USA and its successive spread all over the world. Tendencies of the mortgage market trends are described here, too. Description of the Slovakian market and comparison to the Czech one make the finish of the work.

This bachelor thesis describes corporate bonds in the Czech Republic. The purpose of thesis is to render the compact view of the corporate bond market. The thesis includes the view of whole bond market in the Czech republic, then issuers of corporate bonds follow. The last part contains some practical calculations about trading at Prague Stock Exchange and the comparison of chosen government and corporate bond according to the yield to maturity.

Close work survey on mortgage credit, that are first generally circumscribed and after is out of print of mortgage in combination with capital or capital life insurance.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to explain the sense and problematic of financing people housing needs. There is highlighted a significance of housing and his evolution in recent years. The largest part of the thesis deals with two most important products providing living in the Czech market -- building savings and mortgage loans. I paid attention not to only theoretic explication but also to analytic section about building savings, which includes evaluation of results and the interesting conclusion.

Zastoupeny jsou tzv. moderní teorie portfolia, model oceňování kapitálových aktiv a dále modely založené na faktorovém přístupu, behaviorální přístup a konečně post-moderní teorie portfolia využívající ke stanovení rizika portfolia tzv. downside risk. Práce přináší logické utřídění přístupů, které významně přispívají k nalezení zákonitostí fungování finančních trhů, včetně souvislostí mezi nimi.

Je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol z nichž první popisuje základní dělení opcí, druhá historii a způsob obchodování s opcemi včetně popisu subjektů na opčních trzích a jejich úloh, ve třetí kapitole je vysvětlena základní logika oceňování opcí včetně ukázkového příkladu a v poslední kapitole jsou uvedeny speciální formy opcí, tzv. exotické opce.
