The topic of my bachelor thesis is Intervention of Integrated Emergency System in Traffic Accidents with SR. Current valid legislature relating to this topic is mentioned in the thesis. Basis of this bachelor thesis is gathered from national and foreign sources. In the first part of the bachelor thesis I deal with basic terminology related to the topic. The New Use of the Courtyard in Brno-Královo Pole
Lukeš, Jaroslav ; Kramoliš, Milan (referee) ; Vojtová, Lea (advisor) ; Balíková, Jitka (advisor)
This thesis develops the original Architectural Design Studio I, which main task was interior adjustment of courtyard between the apartment blocks in Brno – Královo Pole, between the streets ‚Palackého třída‘ and ‚Kosmova‘. Nowadays there is a ground car park, smaller children’s playground and the converter station for DPMB (public transport company) used as a railway yard for tramcars in the past. Within the courtyard regeneration there was designed the reconstruction of the converter station and its transformation into sports centre, utilizable for broader neighbourhood. In the remaining part of the courtyard there will be built new underground car park which will allow to transform the courtyard into public park used mainly by residents from surrounded housing. This solution will result in increased housing quality in the area.
Earl christianity and vizualization trinity of Got
Činátl, Jiří ; Lukeš, Jiří (advisor) ; Kučera, Zdeněk (referee)
Though the trinitarian iconography is fairly easy to understand, it remains with many of the 4th and 5th century works it is unclear and difficult to explain. In the literature of the last century, we often encounter ideas that have been absorbed in older works and subsequently only mechanically repeated in subsequent works. Such a way of interpreting can lead to controversial iconographic analyzes in order to focus in a trinitarian way and to attempt in a tricky way to explain the iconography of "non-trivial" artefacts. This diploma thesis attempts to open a difficult question of the origin, development and interaction of individual types of symbols representing the Trinity. The aim of this work is to mark the effort of a complex view, which will try, especially with similar motives and symbols, to lead to a more precise interpretation and classification within the framework of trinitarian iconography. The main aim of this diploma thesis is the effort of theological, artistic, historical and philosophical grasp of the issue of the image of God in the first millennium of the Christian faith. Due to the vastness and considerable lack of clarity of this topic, the work is conceived with a focus on the first millennium of Christianity. Many examples of depictions and symbolic references to the Triune...
Roman empire and the christianity - from the persecution to the state religion
Činátl, Jiří ; Lukeš, Jiří (advisor) ; Říhová, Ladislava (referee)
This diploma thesis is devoted to the situation of Christians living in the Roman Empire in the first four centuries AD. Every new religion has to face a number of problems in its beginnings, its misunderstanding and its position in society must be gradually enforced. However, the very beginnings of Christianity are not easy to grasp, since so many sources have not been preserved to this day. Likewise, many events are perceived through Christian optics and thus interpreted unilaterally. These are, above all, martyrological texts that have been extensively modified over time and authenticity is now relatively difficult. This diploma thesis is divided into several chapters, while in the first one I try to describe the Roman society and the Roman religion with which the Christian faith was confronted. Further chapters and chapters are devoted to the rise and spread of Christianity, the person of Jesus Christ, and the Church Fathers who report to us about the first centuries of Christian faith. The most extensive part of this diploma thesis is devoted to the main topic of persecution of Christians in the first four centuries AD. To date the individual stages of the persecution of Christians, I will help them by dividing them according to G.E.M. de Ste. Croixe. Chapters to describe the three stages of...
Evolution of genome size in streptophyte algae genus Zygnema and its ecological consequences
Lukeš, Jiří ; Čertnerová, Dora (advisor) ; Lučanová, Magdalena (referee)
Genome size is a trait that varies 64,000 × across eukaryotic diversity. However, this variability has nothing to do with the complexity of organisms. The amount of DNA itself is however related to a number of phenotypic traits of organisms. Specifically, studies conducted on plants look for possible connections between genome size and the ecological requirements of individual species. Similar studies in microscopic algae are not abundant and often face a number of methodological problems. This thesis presents genome size data obtained by flow cytometry for 129 representatives of the genus Zygnema belonging to 68 evolutionary lineages. Measurements revealed a genome size range within this genus from 0.22 to 5.06 pg. At the same time, several lines showing considerable variability in genome size were described, which in many cases indicates possible polyploidization in this genus. The identification of an identical GC base pair ratio in selected putative polyploid and monoploid representatives supported the hypothesis of polyploidization. The general correlation of cell size and genome size within this group was also validated. Due to the known phylogenetic relationships between the measured lineages, the genome size evolution in the genus Zygnema was reconstructed. Further, possible relationships...
Mt 21.1-9 pericope exegesis using intertextual perspective and reception theory
Konupková, Kateřina ; Lukeš, Jiří (advisor) ; Beneš, Jiří (referee)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of intertextuality in the context of biblical studies, specifically focusing on the exegesis of the passage Matthew 21:1-9. It consists of two main parts. The first part describes the term "intertextuality" itself, its origin, various interpretations by different authors, and its application in biblical studies. The issue of intertextuality is comparatively demonstrated using the presented types of intertextuality and their intricacies. Chapters 1 and 2 cover this part. The second part focuses on a specific exegesis of Matthew's passage 21:1-9. This part is described in Chapter 3. Through biblical exegesis, the intertextual relationships between the Old and New Testaments are outlined, utilizing specific biblical passages for this ad hoc purpose. My intention is to demonstrate through the interpretation of these biblical passages how the author of the Gospel of Matthew attempts to convince his readers about Jesus's messianism in a particular manner, employing afformentioned intertextual methods.
