SW support for emotional state analysis

The goal of my bachelor work is the description of SW tool with the graphic interface which can be made use of for the purpose of developing the multimodal emotional databases. In its beginning my work deals with the description of the parts of the human body that produce voice (vocal cords) and their functioning. The text is a description of the procedure of transferring the human voice into the digital form where a special attention is paid to the parameters of the speech signal with the emphasis on the description of the symptoms that serve to the purpose of defining the chosen emotions. This work deals with the categorization of emotions and the description of some of them. In the closing part the K-NN classificator is described that serves to the recognition of the individual feelings by means of a produced software.
Emotional States of Humans and their Determination using Speech Record Analysis

The aim of the diploma project is to find a method through which it will be possibleto classify the selected emotion from speech. At the beginning of the work deals with the description of the human body and their voice-generating operation. Furthermore, the text deals with the problem of the human voice into digital form.Great attention is paid to the parameters of the speech signal with an emphasis on describing the symptoms to help the selected emotion. The work deals with therecognition of emotions and a description of some of them. The main part is finding the best methods to reduce symptoms of segmental and suprasegmental speech utterances. The results of success was achieved by comparing the classification of selected emotions when using multiple methods and compare their results. The most important criterion in assessing the results ofthe reduction parameters of the speech signal, based on previous research in this area.
Diagnosing Parkinson's disease from analysis of speech recording

This thesis is focused on diagnosing Parkinson’s disease from analysis of speech recording. Introduction of this work deals with description of voice production mechanism, it’s basic qualities and influence of hypokinetic dysarthria on speech. In next chapter, there is described voice signal and some methods of it’s preprocessing. Next part continues dealing with description of chosen individual symptoms, which are needed for PD diagnosing, followed by definition of chosen reduction methods and classifiers. There is a comparison of classify succes of naive bayes classifier, depending on chosen reduction method in last chapter of this work.

The contract of employment and formation of employment The aim of this thesis is to analyze effective legislation of contract of employment and formation of employment with the help of professional literature, specialized articles from labor law experts and judicial decisions, especially the judicial decisions of the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic. The conclusion of thesis includes the proposals of the possible future legal regulation, which could bring more legal certainty regarding the institutes that are the subjects of this thesis. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter contains a description of the concept, status, function and subject matter of labor law. The second chapter deals with the history of the development of the contract of employment and formation of employment. The reason for including this chapter is the fact that on the basis of historical developments it is easier to understand today's legal regulations and therefore, avoid possible changes that have been proven as inappropriate in the past. Notice of termination of employment

The aim of this thesis is to analyze current legislation of notice of termination and refer to some of the questionable area of this termination. The thesis also offers some of the proposals of amendments de lege ferenda. Reasons of these proposals are that notice of termination of employment as unilateral legal act brings negative aftermath mainly for employee, but in some cases also for employer and legislation should prevent these negative effects or at least minimized them. The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter deals with position of labor law and his relationship with the civil law, due to subsidiary using of the civil code. The second chapter describes the legal facts that lead to the notice of termination, with an emphasis on legal act, because notice of termination is an unilateral legal act which must fulfill the statutory requirements. The third chapter discusses national and international sources of law of regulation of notice of termination. The main part of the thesis is contained in chapter four, which deals with the current legislation of notice of termination.
