Evaluation of Legislative Regulations for Special Road Transport Between the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, the Benelux States and Great Britain

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of legislation for special transport between the Czech Republic and some member states of the European Union. The term special transport comprises the transport of very heavy and oversize loads which exceed limits allowed by the legislation of member states and the European Union itself. The diploma thesis is preferentially concentrated on regulations providing limit dimensions, transport conditions and elements that ensure safe transport of loads to the target destinations – Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom. The final document is going to become the overview of information for freighters who can apply it in the process of preparation and the following ensuring of oversize loads to the countries, see above. The results of the diploma thesis can be applied by the institutions in the branch of international freight, the police or the institutions of the public administration.
Analysis of Profit Loss for a Transport Organization as a Result of Repair Work After an Accident Involving Vehicles with a Total Weight of over 12 t

This thesis, as a part of the overall project to determine general methodology for calculating lost profits, deals with technical and economic data of trucks, cost analysis and quantification of lost profits after an accident and subsequent mending. It focuses on vehicles with a total weight of over 12 tons. The thesis and its results are beneficial for the experts and forensic engineering experts who, based on documents can more easily determine a methodology for calculating lost profits. It simplifies and accelerates the settlement of claims for loss of profits and payments.
Impact of Drivers' Working Regimes in Freight Road Transport on Transport Safety

Working arrangements are restrictive limits for drivers important for both motor carriers and drivers. Have a major impact on the logistical arrangements of manufacturing companies that transport their goods by road. Failure to comply with these limits, is recently one of the major problems in road transport and leads to unfair competition between road hauliers. Carrier's failure to obtain such social legislation crucial competitive advantage. Recently the problem devoted much time from the perspective of politicians. States, violations of social legislation by the carrier and the driver severely punished and often the articles we read on the operating modes of drivers and their associated hazards of freight transport, road safety hazard, danger for drivers of cars. For 10 years devoted to the issue and participate in the creation of training materials on the subject of Logistics and. In my work I wanted to examine the issue of working arrangements drivers from professional point of view - how the limits are set and working arrangements whether they comply with road safety. Next, consider the statistics of accidents in the CR in relation to drivers' working arrangements and to propose changes that would contribute to the improvement of social legislation in relation to road safety.
Specific Features and Shortcomings of Contractual Obligations in International Transport, and the Establishment and Facilitation of Conditions Required by Goods Transportation Methods

This work deals with the specifics of relations between entities in the negotiation and implementation of international transport of goods. Since he is currently the most common way of transport of goods in Central Europe freight road transport of goods, the text is mainly dedicated to this issue. The underlying code for the obligations in this respect, the Convention CMR, which is devoted to a large part of the work. In other parts of the work is also introduced to the TIR Convention, the ADR Agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods and the ATP Agreement, which defines the requirements for the transport of perishable foodstuffs. In the end, understand that INCOTERMS clauses with international trade and international transport of goods is closely related.
Design method for estimation of unit value of extrication works after an accident using selected special technologies for removing the traffic obstacle on a motorway

This thesis is a minor part of the overall project on the establishment of a general methodology of calculation of the cost of rescuing a lorry. It deals with legislation related to goods vehicle extrication, analysis of costs and costs as a result of exhausts for selected special equipment after an accident. The work is a guide for experts from the Institute of forensic engineering, on the basis of who can more easily establish a procedure and the unit price recovery work after the accident. Then speeds up determining the prices for example during the court proceedings and the payment of the profits of a business.
Proposal of Parameters for the Expert Assessment of the Competitive Positions of Existing Carriers in the Prague - Brno Road Section

The thesis deals with the situation in public transport on public personal transport service between Prague and Brno. In the thesis, it is analysed the current situation between Prague – Brno from the technical and economic point of view. There is a public rail transport subsidized by Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic through payment of provable financial losses and private public coach services operated by private carriers on their own business risk. In the context of the current situation, the thesis suggests the focus of the basic parameters for a balanced assessment of the competitive environment for further development of passenger transport (rail, road) with regard to the existing demand and socio-economic aspects in the region.
Evalution of Fire Rescue Service Responses in Traffic Accidents in the South Moravia Region

The dissertation deals with the road accident interventions carried out by Fire fighting units and emphasizes average adjustments as well as the problems of forensic engineering. Within the Southern Moravia region, it analyses the statistical data of the Fire Rescue Brigade of the Czech Republic with relation to the road accident interventions, and it analyses the position of the individual units of the Fire Rescue Brigade of the Southern Moravia in the above system. The dissertation discusses relation between the forensic engineering and the Fire Rescue Brigade of Czech Republic and stresses the possibilities of cooperation.

he theme of this work is the issue of international transport, transport costs in implementing the dimensions and weight exceeds the maximum specified value. Emphasis is placed mainly on road safety, which is ensured by legislative provisions governing the conditions for the transport of oversized cargo. In particular, a variety of security measures such as coordination of the operation with the requirements of different organizations, or for the fees and charges for exceeding the limit size and weight. The benefit of this document will become an overview of the legal standards applicable to the various destinations (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus), for Czech carrier use. Using this information, should be provide quality transportation services for oversized shipments.

The diploma thesis focuses on optimization of collection service distribution routes in specific company in Moravia region. Failure to evaluate the effects of transportation organization can lead to inefficient planning of routes, which can in turn lead to time or financial losses. Professional approach to distribution route planning leads to a smooth operation of the collection service and to a successful compliance with the evaluation criteria. At first, the diploma thesis will analyse and evaluate the current condition using the evaluation criteria and then it will attempt to propose new solution to improve the current state of affairs.

The diploma thesis deals with the cost assessment of the rescue of vehicles over 18 tonnes of weight after a traffic accident on a motorway. It analyzes the factors which influence the cost of vehicle rescue and on their basis it sets out the methodology for calculating the unit price for one hour of work of emergency rescue vehicles.
