The subject of this diploma thesis is technological preparation of realization guest – house Jánský potok II. in Jánské Lázně. The diploma thesis contains study of the main technological phases of the object, project of the site equipment, useful machines, time schedule, budget, technological prescription for reinforced concrete construction, project of the formwork for wall and floor slab, control plan, project of the acces road and parking. The basis for technological preparation in this diploma thesis is design documentation.

The subject of this work is to create a construction technology solution of a flat roof of an apartment house and an underground garage in Nerudova street in Hradec Králové. It is about execution of warm flat roof of apartment house and intensiv green roof of underground garage. The work includes technical report, a design of a mechanical assembly, site facilities, bill of quantities, solution of wider transport routes, quality requirement, ensure safety, a budget and a time schedule.
