Particularities in business negotiation with Algerian partners

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze manners and tactics of business negotiation in Algeria. This includes a lot of differences and specificities which each businessman arriving to negotiate in this country should know. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter provides basic information about the territory with respect to history, demographic data, economic or politic characteristics. The second chapter concentrates on the major cultural differences of Algeria which also influence the business negotiation. The third chapter represents the most important part of the thesis. It deals with the specificities of business negotiation in this country. The last chapter briefly mentions the particularities of the Algerian market.

The next chapter is focused on the business specifics and the last one is about the penetration of the czech companies to the arabien market.

Significance of business and diplomatic protocol is in praktice constantly growing and that is the reason why I chose as the theme of my bachelor writing Business and diplomatic protocol of Slovakia. I decided for both parts together despite of the fact that they are different because general knowledge about them belongs to the common education for both businessmen and also students at VŠE. First part is about defining and explanation of the word business protocol, then about characterization of Slovak business protocola and in the end na koniec there is also the short summary about abberances toward Slovak business protocol. Second part is defining the word diplomatic protocol, its short history, meaning and mission resulting from it. Moreover is this part dealing with selected parts of the diplomatic protocol and their application on Slovakia.

The thesis discusses the business negotiation with a Finnish partner. The first part is dedicated to the characteristic of the Republic of Finland and its contemporary environment. The second part is devoted to the main elements of the Finnish culture and society. The third part includes the information about the business negotiation in Finland. The last part involves the practical research on the business negotiation with a Finnish partner whose participants were the Czech firms exporting to Finland. The research was proceeded through the questionnaire.

My work analyzes the Diplomatic Protocol of the Russian Federation today. Many of the rules is good to know not only diplomats but also other staff offices, including the businessmen who seek to good result of their contacts with foreigners.

In my bachelor work I analyse specialities of the corporate environment in Uzbekistan and bring the view of the business and cultural customs of this country. For better knowledge in corporate environment of Uzbekistan I use some parts of PEST analysis. In individual chapters I attend to territory basic information, investment atmosphere and taxation, business dealings and customs which are typical for the investigated area and eventually I attend to foreign trade of this country too.
