The princip of the thesis is to be able to use the knowledge of project management and marketing strategy to establish a small-sized enterprise. The objective of the theoretical part is to define and characterize individual terms of project management and marketing strategy linked with small and medium-sized entreprises. The practical part is focused on creating a feasibility study including marketing strategy proposal.
